Very good , but WAY over priced, PEOPLE like me can't afford the prices l just lost my cat daughter pipsqueak there on 2/5/22 Saturday 11:30am
And they were very kind , yes thats their job , and they do a very good job at that and treating pets ( family members ) tome not pets , but I keep winding up in the same room which I dont like , I have had multiple cats put down in that room so its bad memories , I have to bring my chihuahua back to get his ears and mani pedi done and it's always in that room which I dont like and I want to be there I understand obviously about covid but I am vaccinated and boosted I dont like to be without my children , I need to get him NUETERED but can't afford it either especially since pipsqueak was almost $1,200 for everything
But besides that I like going there and I trust them to a point , its nothing bad with them at all I just don't trust anyone ESPECIALLY with my children and its almost $1000 to get my dog NUETERED 🐕 I cant afford it especially since he also has chronic ear problems and manipedi 'S AND ONE TIME I WAITED IN THE ROOM WITH MY DOG FOR OVER AN HOUR ,I DIDN'T LIKE THAT I am a nervous mom and so are my children , otherwise I recommend them and will continue to go there, I have been to North Rockland, and Pomona, I usually go to North Rockland , its very close to where I liveresponse / report this review -

We have always received such quality care. The vets care about your pets and ensure you are informed and aware of their medical issues. They have cared for our elderly and young dogs and we trust them completely.

Everyone is amazing the vets and the assistants. While my cat die at home I'm really glad I was able to bring her here to give her while alive to give her some sort of comfortable last days. I brought her body and they will take care of the rest. RIP my Katy and thank you Rockland vets for everything.

Wow.. first time dog adopter and they were very informative and patient.. the Vet took his time and assured me he was in a bill of good health.. when I adopted my pup, the dog agency had me agree to get him neutered by six months of age without any warning. However, the Vet stated not to do it to soon where it would subject him to hip dysplasia and/or other possible health concerns. The Vet advised to wait until he's six month old and if he's grown bigger than expected, it would be in my pup's best interest to wait up to a year. I like this place so far and it's right next to a kennel service.

We used to go to that other Veterinary Hospital at the other end of the county. We wanted to find a veterinary close to our home and 8 years ago we discovered Rockland Veterinary. Dr. Puzio and his staff are wonderful. They are compassionate and professional. It is a great feeling knowing you can call and almost always get in same day. Last week we needed an appointment and got one for Saturday. They have weekend hours which is AWESOME!! And their X-ray and ultrasound equipment is all digital. They took an X-ray and was able to show me the images on their computer. Thank you Dr. Puzio!! You are truly the best !!

Great Dr's there Chris neutered my boxer and did a great job he took very good care of JD My dog was very comfortable with the staff there. I highly recommend this place.. I couldn't ask for a better staff or a better setting. Thank you guys for being awesome

We got here recommended by another customer who said the hospital was amazing. This person was completely right. We took our dog, Rusty, who was very sick and in pain and they treated him like they have seen him for years even though it was our first time in the hospital. Unfortunately, Rusty didn’t make it! However, all the personnel were compassionate, friendly and very respectful. They handle the situation very professionally. Dr. Puzio and his staff exceeded my expectations and put all their effort to save our handsome pitbull Rusty.
We are very grateful to Dr. Puzio and all the staff for your actions after Rusty passed away. You understand what a pet means for your customers. Thanks again for your support and service. You have become my family vet forever.

I have been taking my dogs to see Dr. Christopher Puzio at the Pomona office of Rockland Veterinary for many years. Dr. Puzio is friendly, outgoing, compassionate, and most of all, an outstanding veterinarian. He takes his time with both the pet and the owners. For as long as I have pets and live in the area, I will be taking my pets to Dr. Puzio.
The staff of an office is also a very important part of the experience. At Rockland Veterinary, the staff members are always very courteous, knowledgeable, and happy to help.response / report this review -

Rockland Veterinary had 3 convenient locations (Pomona, Valley Cottage, and Haverstraw) with the greatest, most compassionate veterinarians with a wide-range of specialties. I have been using their services and counting on their expertise for a variety of pet matters for many years now. Not only did they take such special care of my big dog, who lived to be almost 17 but also one of my cats who lived to reach 28 years of age. This cat was active and healthy his entire life because of the terrific vets at Rockland Veterinary. Over the years I have brought them several cats and kittens for basic care as well as healing. No matter what my pet issues were, I was always happy with the care and the results of these exceptional veterinarians. Even their assistants are super qualified and handle whatever comes before them in a warm and kind manner. I am so grateful for all the terrific people at Rockland Veterinary.
