Aidan hooked me up for sure!!! Ordered a keyboard online and was sent the wrong one. Went to this location to have my issue rectified, and they went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a smile on my face!!! Definitely recommend giving this location a chance for your all your musical needs!!

These gals couldn’t have been more helpful and/or professional! I got some great tips and tricks from Lauren and Nika while talking shop and gathering my gear, and they are both experts!

Steven and Bobby J at this location were very helpful over the past two days. If you're in the area they have better selection and staff than the crestwood location. Feel free to shop there.

Please be aware if you buy any music lessons from this place. Without informing you, they schedule you for automatic lesson renewal. You will be charged for lessons you didn’t buy. Even if your account shows that you do not have any active subscriptions- they still charge you but you can’t cancel anything because you are not enrolled in anything. This is a scam.

Not as good as it used to be. They have pretty well eliminated used gear in the Bridgeton, Mo store. Still a cool place to look for newbies, and if you need some picks, strings, etc. Update- going downhill quickly. Nobody cares about their job, helping anyone, selling gear to them is a joke. You've been warned
