I recently had my car repaired at Guignard Garage. I thought the staff was very helpful and friendly! The shop manager, Clark Cerra was most helpful explaining the problems with my car. They fixed it fast and I was on my way! I highly reccommend Guignard Garage!!

I trusted the mechanics at this garage to be honest and tell me what was going on with my vehicle. However, every time I took my car to them, something else would be wrong with it. The last time I took my car to them, I had a spark in my car. I took it by there and they so called fixed it. A few days later, while I was out of town, I heard the spark again. I took it by a dealership and when they opened the hoodthey looked shocked. They stated that whoever touched my car last had shifted almost everything in my car. Parts had grinded, melted, and caused sparks in the engine which also burned other parts. Needless to say I was very upset, especially because I was unable to drive my car and now I have to pay dealership prices for parts and repair. I called GUINARD GARAGE to inform them of what they had done and they said "We didn't move anything." I was disgusted with their careless answer and was not impressed with their service. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Thank you for listening.
