Thieves!! Broke down 2:30am on 95 on our way from a funeral back to Ct. serpentine belt broke, mechanic told me it was my water pump pulley that caused it. $415 later just had it serviced 2 months before trip. They Saw an easy tired guy with his kid. Ct. Plates. Steer clear of Santee Chrysler,Dodge joop!!! Thieves they are! Looks like They write these reviews themselves. 😡

When my kids car broke down on I-95, Pamela in the service department was so kind and helpful. She worked them into a busy schedule and got them on the way and even called back the next day to make sure they made it OK. It is rare these days to find such a level of personal concern and I highly recommend doing business with this service department. Ask for Pamela!

Nov 2016 on way home to NJ from Fla. our Ram 1500 truck overheated on 95. Towed and found lodging close to this dealer. I arrived at service at time they opened. The staff was able to squeeze me in amongst the scheduled appointments. It was the water pump the shop put a new one in and I was on the road by 12:30pm. All the staff was highly concerned with my plight, they were cheerful had a nice waiting room and best of all the cost was what I would have paid at my repair shop at home.
For those of you who are local I highly recommend this dealer.

Ken is awesome! I asked for a straight shooter and I got one, which is why I ended up buying my Jeep from Santee Automotive after dealing with other dealerships where I had the opposite experience. :)
