This is the worsed place I ever took my car they charge me 300$ to put a thermostat in my car and it wasn't the problem I told them my water pump was leaking and they didn't even try fixed it the girls was ruled and nasty now I'm going to a place where I shouldn't went the first time Sumter Chrysler thank God for them. So if I was y'all I'll ask questions before going to this place

Friends, I will share with you a result in dealing with Turner's Garage.
After obtaining estimates for motor mounts, replacing of spark plugs, and
front struts from three major dealers (Charleston, Florence, and Sumter)
I was amazed at how much I saved by using Turner's: $82.00--motor mounts., $77.00--spark plugs, $38.00 -- struts. The work performed was absolutely on time as promised, fully explained, and everyone was absolutely outstanding. Get your estimates, then check Turner's.

Our family has been using Turners for the past 12 years and not once have they failed to accommodate my needs nor give my vehicles a "personal touch". This is important to me and my family as we are constantly on the go and definitely not mechanically inclined so it is important to us to have a company that treats each vehicle as if it were their own. It's a shame (from my point-of-view) that this garage is not in Charleston, where I live, because if so they would be my go-to. I was buying a car in Sumter and on very short notice needed an inspection. They were very flexible with scheduling me in. Once I got there they told me it could take up to 1 1/2 hours. It took 45 minutes. Price was very reasonable. The ladies at the front could not have been more helpful and friendly. I knew the previous owner of the car was a smoker, but I could not smell anything in the car. However, with a pregnant wife I was worried I would get home with the car and she would smell something I didn't. When I told the ladies at Turner's this, they were on it. They went out to the car to give it a free smell inspection, and assured me it was fine. They were right. I needed a phone charger while I waited, and one lady went to her car to get me one that worked. Most importantly, the car runs great. Keep doing good work!
