My parents went in while I was not on the line. So I waited outside because it makes sense that I shouldn’t go in. Few minutes later, my parents picked the one and asked me to pay for it. I was the only one who had the money because they were visiting me from overseas. They had no money or credit card. So I asked to let me in to pay and they kept saying no. I mean seriously? You don’t want my money? I just left with my parents because of their attitude or “lack of ability to pay.” Lol Thanks Gucci for preventing me from wasting money.

I had a great experience with this store. It was a little crowded at times but I had great service right away when I went to purchase my items.

This is an outlet store, so we know the service is.More funny is one of employees ( I don't know she is a sales person, manager, or the boss, as far as I know she works there) she carries a chanel bag. This is a free country.yap we can wear everything we like, but you work for Gucci and carry another designer handbag / chanel while you working? Maybe while you go outside of work ok. It brings up the image that Chanel is better than gucci and tell your customers to buy chanel instead of gucci. "Because gucci' employee itself probably doesn't like gucci.

Nobody ever answers the phone! I have been calling for a week straight. Voicemail is full too. Very annoying, seeing as how I would like to make a purchase.

They send a girl with a drink outside telling her that drinks where not allowed then at the same time an employee come inside with food and drink, at least next time use the back door, also a fat employee was extremely loud, not Gucci material people working here..

They will never pick up the phone! Called over 20 times and their voicemail box is full as well. Horrible service!
