What can be said about this facility? It seems that the facility continues to decline. I've personally had to family members to be under care here.
The first one was in there to recover from an accident. He was stabilized yet still needing abundant care and Methodist released him to their care. After just few weeks of neglect he was in Bloomington Hospital and passed away. So many more details of neglect , disregard of care instructions, lack of empathy and then to state as a nurse "it's not their job" to attend to him.

Second family member is often neglected bathroom assistance and the staff never follows up on questions you have regarding care. Last time I visited they had the incorrect emergency contacts.again. The lack of care and communication is atrocious. Please PLEASE PLEASE consider other options other than this place.
