  I'm very please with my experience at Guardians Credit Union, everyone I have met have been helpful and friendly. A few months ago I had the pleasure meeting Braulio Alfinez who helped me set up an auto loan. I was limited on time and he went above and beyond helping me immediately and very efficiently. Not only that, but no one can beat the incredibly low interest rate they offered. The service provided at Guardians is exceptional!

  Danielle V. was super helpful and answered all of my questions. She was knowledgeable and professional. I felt very confortable and she made the experience quick, simple and and fun. I would highly recommend her to take care of your banking needs with the credit union.

  I love this credit union. They say yes to my loans and have saved me a ton on bank charges with their free checking. low interest loans on old cars. Low interest credit cards and lines of credit. I get more cash back on my credit card than I pay in interest and it isn't paid off every month. They really do put their profits back into lower rates. Plus they have business checking accounts too unlike other credit unions.

  Phenomenal experience. Lorena Martinez was the most funny, kind and helpful person I've ever worked with in any banking or loan situation!! She was efficient, knowledgeable and had very fast response time with communications outside of the union. She made sure I knew I was a valued customer! I highly recommend.

  They are very helpful when it come to financing cars and banking. But I'm having problems accessing my account from my mobile. It ask me is this a personal computer when ask me a security question. When I answer it correctly it states when answer.

  I had the best experience ever. Danielle Villanueva who is a member relation specialist was great. From the second she introduced herself I knew she was professional. She took her time to explain my benefits and address my needs. She got me a greaaaat rate on my car loan and helped me achieve every goal I went there for. I highly recommend her, refer friends and family to her and I will for sure keep doing business with her and guardians in the future. Thank you Danielle

  I would highly recommend the Summit branch to anyone. I walked in and was called within 10 minutes of sitting. I was helped by Ms. Lorena Martinez, whom was extremely polite and professional. She patiently worked on my concern and resolved it within minutes. I truly felt like I was in great hand, because of her work I would highly recommend this branch as oppose to the other nearby branches. She truly adhere to providing outstanding and swift customer service. So if your truly looking for the best credit union branch and knowledgeable person to help you come to this location and ask for Ms. Lorena Martinez. You will not be disappointed!

  I enjoy coming to this CU because Danielle V offers phenomenal service. She is very knowledgable and always prompt. She goes above and beyond to service her customers to help find financial solutions. She is truly an outstanding professional and I am so glad I got the opportunity to work with her when my husband and I joined this CU.

  I didn't have a good experience initially at the one on Southern. I left after waiting almost an hour with no one attending to me. I went to the one on Summit and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a gentleman. He helped me sign in as it was my first there. I was assisted by Danielle. She was so awesome as well and knowledgeable. Danielle was also very friendly. I also wanted to give a thanks to the lady behind the counter, the man that helped me when I first walked in and the mortgage lady. You all made me feel welcomed. Thanks for your assistance unlike the lack of assistance from the tellers and the representative from Gold Coast. I understand that they were busy but at least someone could have come and acknowledged that I was there and tell me that he or she would be right with me.after waiting almost an hour, that did not happen. So thank you sooooo much Guardians on Summit.
