  Do not work for these people or try them for svcs unless you like being robbed! I worked for this company for 4 months, they do not pay on time (my last check was held "due to mangers discretion" with no explanation) there are always management and supervisor issues nobody is ever on the same accord. They lie about the products they use. They steal customers money by doing jobs when nobody is home, doing bare minimal jobs (5 min jobs, literally) They do not value workers and that's why nobody stays, not even the really great VP they had quit because this company is going down the tubes because they are grimy people.

  Bruce was excellent! He showed up and listened to me ramble about how stressed I was with our flea problem. Even though it wasn’t out of control, I was very worried and called Guardian when I realized it wasn’t something I was prepared to deal with having six kids, three who are six and under. He explained the process and made me feel so much better. We cleared everything out from under the beds and hopefully made the process as easy and effective as possible for him. The only things That could have been improved on (nothing to do with Bruce) we’re 1. Letting us know exactly what we should do before our technician arrived, I had to research it myself which was fine too but I would have felt better knowing we did everything we could to make the process easier for him. 2. Giving a better time estimate. We waited all afternoon because we were told “between 1-5pm” and when I called at 4:30ish I was told we were probably his last call for the day. Maybe just update people if possible. Other than that we were satisfied thus far. As much as I appreciate all that has been done, fingers crossed we don’t need this service again!
