Researched a new vehicle on their website that had a very nice discounted price. Clicked on the “online eprice” from the website and Received a phone call right away quoting an additional $5000 savings from the already low price. I drove 30 minutes thinking it was too good to be true. When I got there I met with Dylan. He was very easy going and knowledgeable. The entire time I expected that somehow the quote would get jacked up. Never happened. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half with zero snags!! No hassles, low down payment and low interest rate. Dylan, Nancy and Adrianna provided the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Love my new Truck!

I have been searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for over a month, and I worked long hours a day so I don’t have enough time to go to dealership and negotiate the price for a car I am looking for. I saw offer at Guaranty Chevrolet car I am looking for and phone dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was offer still there, and I spoke with Hyman(I am not sure his name) who informed me that yes offer is still available and called back with number I have been looking for and saw him same day at evening. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. From the very beginning he completely understands what I was looking for and was very clear and upfront about everything. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with and told me on phone.

Came in for an oil change and It was so quick. They told me it would be an hour but it was like more 45 min. My service adviser was so helpful. He even offered me a complimentary Coffee while I waited. I do wish he would of given the password to the complimentary WiFi in the waiting area.

This place is awesome. The entire staff is very helpful. Very “welcoming” environment. Chris F. helped me out. He went above and beyond and provided “Legendary” service. He strives to get it done. It is customer service like his that makes a big reflection of what the company’s mission is. Very good work. Guarantee Chevrolet is fortunate to have him. Dealer was great closing process was quick and polite just the salesman let me walk away.. and never call back. i call and even had to hunt him to get a status but am happy with my new truck.

Just bought TWO cars from them. This is an example of how all dealerships should be. Classic, honest, hard working folks! Brian LAX was our salesman and he was amazing. I am a tough audience and spent a couple weeks at this dealership negociating the two deals and each person. Nancy the sales manager the finance gal Angelic were all extremely professional to deal with.

Nancy and Chad were fantastic. My family and I have purchased close to 10 Chevy's from Guaranty dating back to the late 80s/early 90s. We don't go anywhere else when it comes to purchasing a Chevy. Bruce does a wonderful job of running his dealership.

My husband and I were very pleased with the experience we had at this dealership. Anthony was very helpful and went out of his way numerous times to assist us and answer all of our questions. His pleasant attitude and patience were exceptional. Melissa, the associate who assisted us with the car features was very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. I would recommend this dealership, especially these two associates to friends and family.
