I read some reviews before going about how Gro-Moore Farms is racist and the owner openly talks politics very inappropriately. But I gave the benefit of the doubt and went anyway without telling my husband what I'd read. After a few minutes he whispered to me that they were watching us as soon as we walked in. They thought we were stealing-we're black. I just wanted to have a nice time with my 3 year old. The teens working the booths were unwelcoming and short with us when I asked if my son could go through the maze. We didn't even end up doing it because the atmosphere was so negative and our trip was ruined. It would have otherwise been a really great place.

I am so excited that the Fall is coming. Gro Moore Farms is my favorite place to go with my grandchildren to celebrate the fall Harvest. We love all the mazes and the homemade rides and the decorations are incredible. Infect my daughter-in-law asked if I wanted to go there for my birthday this year or out to a nice dinner. My choice was definitely Gro Moore Farms. The excitement that my grandchildren feel when they go there just melts my heart.

Good fresh produce - home grown hydroponic strawberries LATE into the season - not just a few weeks in June. Corn on the Cob is the best we've found this season.
They have pies, plants, pots, and other specialty foodstuffs, cooking items. NYS Pure Maple Syrup, candy. Fudge.

Excellent fresh produce and flowering plants/bushes. Also fertizilers, potting supplies & garden statues. They have a great jelly & jam area with really cute gifts for a chef or gardener as well as fun greeting cards. I go several times a week.

It's our local farm store. Best corn! And good produce! And best eggs!! Good gift section, and great gardening supplies. Fantastic plants! And the fall pumpkin festival that lasts for months is good, especially for really little kids.

If you're a plant lover then this is great place to wander and explore all the different kinds they stock. They also have a cute little area where they sell local pickled food, sauces, bakery items, and more. Not cheapest place around though.

The best place in Rochester to buy plants, trees, and shrubs. Variety is great and all the plants seem to be healthy. There are fall and winter events geared towards families with small children around the holidays.
