Soggy dough, thrown on toppings and pizza with no passion. The "chefs" rush everything and their ticketing system is old fashoned. The manager avoids confrontation with the customers by hiding in the kitchen. When I picked up my first pizza, it was dripping in sauce. When I cut into it, the dough was raw. They got us a new one, only to have the same results. This place would be a great candidate for Kitchen Nightmares and God knows I'm never returning. Don't celebrate here, I'm off to get a burger at In n Out.

Love this pizza. We get a large pepperoni for $18 and the Coal Fired deliciousness is ridiculously good. I come here every time I’m in Az. A great value and the pizza to me is almost as good as Pizza Bianco. BTWWhen are you coming to Utah ?

RIDICULOUS! Planned dinner here and unbeknownst to us they were 'stoking' their ovens are were unable to cook ANYTHING. Their staff had no idea when they sat us WITH menus and as a result our dinner plans were ruined, unless we wanted to have salad for the next 45 minutes and blow off the rest of our plans. Explaining our frustration to the manager fell on deaf ears. He stated he didn't understand why we were so upset and that no other customers ever were upset about this. (While we were discussing, several other customers were seated with menus getting ready for the same rude suprise). He said this is just what they do from 4 to 5 everyday. When I suggested they put this on the door for folks to know, he said it wouldn't make any difference, and I would still be in the same situation now, so what did it matter. (Kudos to my husband for not punching him in the face). I explained to him that while people that work there are aware that nothing can be cooked from 4 to 5 that customers who aren't in the business may not be aware of that, and may not have the time to wait around. It's simply courteous to do so. This seem to be a foreign concept to the manager who said he had no plans of changing any process they have , was very rude and condescending , and didn't even seem to notice that the same thing was happening to several customers sitting around us while we were speaking being told they couldn't eat what they expected to come in to eat at that time either. He also didn't seem to be at all concerned that he'd lost the business of customers as a result of his attitude and inconsiderate approach to handling the situation. This restaurant projects itself as a high-end Eatery- they need a manager who can match that image. Will not be frequency again to this location and will alert everyone I know since he apparently has no plans to do so. Bottom line is Grimaldi's does not have any concern for schedules time or convenience of paying customers and we'll meet any voiced concern with condescension and rudeness.

At Grimaldi's Pizzeria one is reminded of those days that singers such as Frank Sinatra and a few others captivated the hearts of the listeners with their memorable music. Grimaldi's began in 1990 and their entire concept has been built around Coal-Fired Brick Oven Pizza. The menu includes varieties of pizzas with special sauces and toppings including traditional pizza, white pizza, pesto pizza and also Chef's selections which are all thin, plus the Calzone stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. In addition the menu includes starters, desserts, and seasonal items. There is a bar that serves all types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including tea and coffee. They also have a special blend of red wine called Mille Gradi which they are proud of and consider it suitable for their pizzas. Service was attentive and kind.

Very good. Great food and deserts our waiter Cody was a awesome waiter. If you ever go ask to sit in his section he had great advice on what to order and was very lively. He is the best waiter I have ever had anywhere. The Don was very good and a pizza that Cody recommended that had spinach, chicken, mushrooms. That was the best Italian meal I had ever had and any time I have a pizza craving I will go to Grimaldi's and sit in Cody's section.

We ordered the 4 cheese and the Don (Meat) Pizzas. I was excited for the four cheese but the Gorgonzola was too much for me. I bet others would like it if you like stinky cheese. After trying and not liking that one I tried the Don and it was fantastic! The crust first of all was really good. The meatballs on the pizza were very good as well!

Excellent service from a truely friendly staff. From the second you arrive, until you leave. We ordered a large chicken Cesar salad and a large one topping pizza. It fed three of us. We were stuffed. Definitely will be back.

Perfectly satisfied my craving, had the prosciutto arugula white pizza and the dessert trio. The pizza is not overbearing and very filling, couldn't finish the personal size. The passion tea they offer is pretty standard so it's not a problem for anyone to order it and the dessert is all delicious. The canoli was not like most where the filling is too cheesy, the cheese cake was just right and the tiramisu was the best of the three. Definitely recommend.

We don't really like thin crust. But this pizza was amazing. Fire roasted so it wasn't soggy. The toppings and the sause were so good. This was our first time here but we will definitely be back. The atmosphere and music were also quaint. Make sure you come early or expect to wait because it's busy on the weekend, but totally worth the wait.
