This place is horrible! I bought a ticket for 10:30am from Phoenix to Tucson and it left an hour and a half late And I bought a return ticket for 10:30pm and the staff told us that the bus would not be here until 1:15am so we would have to wait outside because they were closing the place!! They weren't nice about it either.. Instead they suggested we go back home or to Denny's.Terrible customer service. Don't use them unless you plan to wait two extra hours at a terminal, possibly outside the terminal.

I have been waiting for a large package sent from PA on July 28th. The item was supposed to be delivered in 14 days. It is now 9/11 and still not delivered! Greyhound does not appear to be able to locate the item - it is a CHAIR! Their package scans seem haphazard as it appears my chair has been touring around the Southwest since it was last scanned as loaded in Dallas on 8/31. No other scans appear on their package tracking site.
Never use Greyhound package Express for a large item. It is the WORST!

Compact station, clean restrooms, friendly staff. Would be nice if the station had convenience store or machine (chargers, headphones, etc)

Kind of an odd place. It is a giant manufactured building and has a poor/ rough around the edges feel. There is security for weird things and at weird times. It is mostly off because so few other greyhound stations have active security like this. Communication around issues is limited by staff. They just kind of don't have the answers and take forever to get the answers.

Worst place to deal with. My buddy is coming down from Athens and they completely messed up his schedule, taking too long at stops then they said the bud is broken and now since they didnt get to dallas in time for his sceduled bus he wont be here till tomorrow because they completely changed his route. This place is aweful

What's worse than not having your package delivered by Greyhound Package Express? How about the fact that they never actually scanned my package and it never even left Tucson! It's been almost 4 weeks since I dropped it off and I've been diligent in my efforts to find it. I suspect my package was STOLEN! I am filing a police report.
