Hi World. Greyhound Got the best bus to travel on but keeping it clean seems to down grade. DO NOT ALLOW THIS STATION OR LOCATION GO DOWN. Upgrade, Please Keep The Bathroom Clean so important. Some staff were nice some staff were unprofessional. However it time for a change. Customers Service Needs Improvement and a Smile will help welcoming your customers at the front counter will be nicer with a smile. I Love Greyhound over MegaBus. So please upgrade and keep this location protected, clean and professional. You Employees Have great potential so use it wisely. Have a great day world.

Enjoyed my trip going and coming back. My drivers were good and handling the bus and the people on the bus. The driver knew what they had to do and they did it. It has been a long time since I had purchased a Greyhound bus ticket and traveled on Indian Trails bus going & coming back. Weather and roads were great, safe trip.

The staffing and the drivers at each of my destinations showed so much emphasis on my well being a disabled person that I would recommend the bus company to friends and family. Its customer service that needs Major Renovation on how to treat their customers with emaphthy, compassion, and with special accommodation's with seating getting off and on the bus and station, especially the seating in the stations, those seats are so hard that I could barely up. But still worth the five stars. P.S. try to keep the bathrooms cleaner.

Drug dealers outside. The cooks were rude as heck! Not enough seating space for everyone to be here. Chicago Greyhound station is probably the trashiest place I've been. Never again will I go here. I'll leave it to their own "hood" to come here.

The worst bus company. Treat customers like convicts and employees are super rude and good luck getting your money back even if the bus got canceled and never left the station.

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. The staff at concessions are rude and slow. The women's restroom is always very dirty and some of the stall door locks don't even lock, and some sinks don't work, and I'm sure the men's restroom is just as bad. The announcers who speak overhead announcing buses that are departing soon sound like they're speaking gibberish and you can't understand them, which is exacerbated by the echo in the place. Last time by boyfriend was there, some guy was standing outside the front door trying to sell him drugs. There always seems to be people loitering outside the front door, and it makes me feel uncomfortable and not safe. If they're waiting for their ride, they should either wait inside, or stand on the sidewalk. The security guard or rent-a-cop they have should be out there shooing away loiterers and drug dealers.

I waited for a friend to come into town there several times. First off, their P.A. system is horrible. They make announcements about what buses are due and when and where to line up. The sound is very muffled. I can make out every other word. Second and last, the women's bathroom is not the cleanest. One positive is that there's a staff member there who is always informative and helpful to the customers. I don't know his name but he checks the passengers tickets before boarding the buses. He's always willing to help someone.

It is what it is. A bus station. Pretty much any bus station in this country,whether long distance or city is ghetto. This is better than a lot though be cause they watch people and don't let them line up till the guards say so. But if course stupid people do anyway.

Roll the dice to see what you get. First leg of the trip went well, though the driver didn't seem to care that people were using their phones to watch videos/listen to music without headphones. Coming back, it was delayed over an hour because we were waiting for the driver to get there. Station had Amtrak too so I wanted to get a refund and hop on the train leaving in 10 minutes so I could still arrive on time and I was told they couldn't give a refund because I booked a round trip. At the end of the day, just poor customer service all around. I'll probably still use them in the future in a pinch but I'll go with Amtrak or Mega Bus whenever possible and Greyhound will be the last resort.

A lot of undeserved bad talk about this place. The facilities where clean. They had tables to eat at and a huge charging station.

The staff was okay. They weren't rude but they weren't polite either.

They had security and I only seen one bum out front the entire 5 hours I was there.

The buses where a little because of the bad traffic coming into Chicago. I think Greyhound should include the daily traffic jams into the bus routes.

Overall a good experience. Not the best but definitely not as bad as some where saying.

Greyhound its been the most horrible experience ever i had.
Been traveling since 7yrs old and to be honest Mexico has the better service not saying is the best but is better.
I hope someone could open new lines and so like that competition will make employees to take care of their jobs and their costumers. Even i register and or opened an account at this horrible line am not willing to travel on those busses again. Period..!!!

One of the best places I've been . Food place up tight service. Clean and the food pretty delicious. Can't fall asleep trust me . I almost missed my bus. Love the morals . Arcade machines are good. Front desk some may be rude but it's been a long day . I usually buy my ticket at any of the four machines kiosks that they have on the side. Sad memories when leaving the city but I had three days to cry . Overall buses , building and staff are lovely marvelous with a gorgeous attitude . Thank you for a great experience. Security is good and courteous

Nasty place! A lot of delay with no security. Do not be surprised if you are being harassed and hit on by some dirty guy and there is no way of stopping them!
Also, there is a strong smell of urine! You may also get food poisoned if you eat there. I ate there once and got diarrhea for several days.

The station smelled like urine. I was next in line to board the bus when the bus driver told me to stay in line and walked away. I then watched him board the bus and drive away. The people at the counter kept telling me to stay in line when I asked them what was going on. They were clearly not listening to what I and the other two passengers were saying about being left behind. We eventually were told to wait for the next bus, which ended up being cancelled and then had to get on the bus after that. I finally got a bus ride nearly 4 hours after my original scheduled ride. I would not recommend greyhound or this urine soaked station to anyone.
