Worst customer service ever! These people don’t know what they’re doing and can’t even read! Brought my form to get notarized and she asking me what to do! She even crossed out a line on the form. If you don’t know what you’re doing don’t do it at all. I landed up printing the paper again and going somewhere else.

Very unprofessional staff, not following VISA merchant agreement, just because my card is sign DOES not mean you need my ID. also this place is charging extra 16 dollars for SURCHAGE for debit card fee's. would of understand a dollar or two extra. BUT 16 DOLLARS?

I hate going to currency exchanges for obvious reasons but I went there because i had to get new license plates and was surprised. Super professional, clean, everyone spoke great English and the customer service was better than most banks. Not kidding. If you have to go to a currency exchange go here. Also they’re next to a really good liquor store that has rare whisky.

This place is straight up trash. We only went to this currency exchange because it was close by but the Hispanic girl at the counter was very unprofessional and rude, telling us we had to call in before coming to pick up money when that’s not even a rule. Don’t make up bs and just account for your shortcomings as a place of business. Oh and don’t be on your phone when there is already a line forming. Common courtesy isn’t very common here.
