I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient at Chicago Vision Club for the last few years. Roman has owned the business for 30+ years in the same location, he’s the best! Incredible service every time. Dr. Shpritz is very thorough during eye exams and has a great sense of humor too. Always enjoy chatting with him!

Have a pair of Ray Bans that are prob 8-10 years old. Been looking for several years for replacement arms. Finally found some. Passed by Chicago Vision Club in the neighborhood @ 2862 N. Clark Street last week and decided to stop in to see if they would be able to swap out the replacement arms. Roman greeted me with such warmth and professionalism and an immediate "can do" attitude. He sent in my glasses with the replacement arms and they were back in two days. The price was very reasonable, imo. He had me try the glasses on with the replacement arms and made adjustments. Ahh! My old Ray Bans felt right and good again. Great customer service experience!

Came in for an eye exam for a new pair of glasses and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. Professional, friendly, and an overall great experience from the front desk to my eye exam. I picked up my glasses today as well and couldn’t be more happy with how they turned out. I highly recommend this office to anyone, and I will certainly be coming back here for all my eye care needs.

An absolutely seamless and utterly pleasant experience! I hadn't had my eyes checked in almost a decade and could tell my vision was getting worse. I found Chicago Vision Club through Groupon and was able to get an appointment that week. When I needed to reschedule my initial appointment, it wasn't complicated or fussy; just a quick phone call. On the day of the appointment, check in was simple and the receptionist was very friendly. Once I filled out the initial form, he introduced me to the doctor that was hilarious and made me feel relaxed. He gave me lots of good advice on eye care in the age of technology and WFH. After the eye exam, I tried on some glasses and the receptionist had a phenomenal taste level for what looked good with my features and face shape. We decided on a pair quickly, he went over pricing and told me they would probably arrive in a week. It took even less than that and he was very friendly and informative on after care when I came to pick up. This is a super friendly and knowledgeable duo that make eye care simple and efficient. Couldn't recommend them more!

Been coming here for a decade. Great and attentive staff. They talk you through your insurance in an easy to understand manner. The eye exams are thorough and you feel like the doctor generally cares about your well being and not just trying to get you in & out. Received some great advice about eye care and maintenance. Also, they have a great selection of glasses.
