greenville news has a bad job using a keyboard they put in the wrong account number and you have to wait 3 hrs to talk to someone on the phone. they also put in the wrong account number and delivered the paper for 2 months and when they put in the right number they stop delivering.

They never stop your paper temporarily when you are out of town as they promise. Papers pile up at the end of the driveway.

I signed up for Greenville news back in December when they did a promotion. Canceled in early February after talking with 5 different people who could not help me cancel my account and the online service refuses to let you cancel over the computer. They require you to call and cancel. Someone finally canceled my subscription in February since I moved. They are still charging me for the newspaper. I am now on hold with their terrible phone service for over 10 minutes waiting to speak with a customer service person to cancel my subscription. I will never recommend this terrible place as a news service to anyone. Improve your customer service and phone answering services and maybe you might keep more customers. This place is a scam.

Horriblethey charged my account and I never received a paper. i called customer service and asked for a refund and they said it would take 10-15 days. Day 15 and no refund so called again spoke to some thot named Chantel.and she was sarcastic and no help. now having to wait for a call back regarding MY money the owe me. Don't give them your business. They'll rip you off!!! Didn't want to give them 1 star but i have to in order to post a review.
