  Appalling service, I took one of my watches to be repaired. It was a Saturday around 6pm and the store was empty, but still made to wait 15 minutes before someone attended to me. The sales associate didn't listen to what I had to say & talked over me !
  
  There is zero customer service in the NYC stores, when I go to Cartier London UK stores, the staff are amazing, attentive & knowledgeable.

  Absolutely amazing customer service and extremely courtesy, thoughtful and respectful assistance whether you are browsing or buying. Personally I have had the best treatment here, whether I was in the store or over the phone. If you're looking for the best, go in and ask for Kate. I couldn't possibly have expected just how tremendously attentive and thoughtful she was. She is definitely a reflection of this Store and the Brand itself. 100% Satisfaction. All expectations exceeded!

  Extremely disappointed with the service here. Left a watch for service and polishing (it was scratched) and this is what I got back after 6 weeks or even more.
  
  I’m waiting for a response because I still cannot believe Cartier would work like this.
  Non to mention a piece of silver original accessory that was left with the watch and didn’t came back!
  
  Update: it’s been a week since I made this claim and haven’t gotten anything solved at all. Promises but nothing done. I want my missing accessory back immediately and a refund for the poor work it was done on my watch. Unbelievable Cartier!!

  The service was great until we got to the counter. We were seated and everything was going on fine. I already own two pecies from Cartier, and knew they had great service. As the consultation continued, the women servicing us became very rude. She started to snicker at us when I said my budget. I think that It was very rude!!! I thought this was immediately inappropriate, and opted to leave.

  The newly renovated mansion is gorgeous!. The shopping experience is everything you would expect a luxury brand to offer, from the greeting at the door to the individual attention and the friendly staff on every floor. A must visit even if you don't buy anything just to view the exquisite mansion -a piece of NY history- and jewelry.
