Fantastic customer service. Amy listened to what we wanted and tried her best to get what we wanted. She listened to our feedback and kept trying new ideas/combinations until we found the perfect rings. Had a credit freeze so we had to leave and take care of it and she let us set everything up and text her when she was good to run our credit. Would definitely recommend coming here for your jewelry needs.

Laura was very helpful and professional.
I have a very busy schedule also I live in a small town it is nearly impossible for me to go out of town. I started shopping on line for Christmas gifts keep in mind I don’t know much about jewelry. I contacted Laura explaining to her my price range and what I was looking for. She took her time listening and found exactly what I was looking for. The team at Greenberg’s pulled out all the stops to create a one of a kind custom ring for our 20th anniversary. The ring was perfect and my wife hasn’t stopped smiling since I gave it to her. I’m sure that anyone looking for high quality jewelry and top notch customer service will want to shop with Greenberg’s.

From the 1st time I walked into Greenberg's almost 10 years ago Amy has been nothing short of amazing! Her, along with everyone else that I've dealt with over the years, have been great at listening to what I was needing and offering their own advice and input and helping me to pick out THE BEST piece of jewelry. Every time since my soon to be wife and I first walked into the store Amy has remembered us, and even by name! That level of attention and detail just goes to show how important the customer is to them and treating them like family is their #1 priority. I would recommend Greenberg's to anyone looking for any type of jewelry. They are hands down the absolute best in the business! I'll never go anywhere else!!!

The staff is amazing very knowledgeable and always willing to help. The jewelry is beautiful. My wife gets comments on her wedding ring and other jewelry everytime we go out. I have recommended Greenberg's to many friends and family and they all have had incredible experiences dealing with Greenberg's. I would highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Belinda greeted us like an old friend. She was attentive to the person that mattered, my girlfriend. She listened. She paid attention. Belinda didn't sell us anything She assisted us in identifying the perfect engagement ring and wedding band which sold themselves. Additionally, she gave us sage advice on the pairing of the two. The Natasha entered the picture. She was ever so kind and presented me with various options, that would allow us to leave with the objects that we so desired. The entire experience was incredibly

I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancée two weeks ago and could not be more pleased with the friendly and professional service that I received at Greenberg's Jewelers in Coralville. Amy went above and beyond what I expected to make a nerve-wracking process fun and easy. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about helping me find the perfect ring for my future wife.
