Mark was always professional and direct. He helped me lock in a deferred judgement on my OWI case, and he always responded quickly to my emails and questions. His office is very minimalistic and efficient, so he gets work done fast. Mark does well at breaking down heavy legal concepts into more manageable details. I needed to retain Mark for an unfortunate circumstance regarding a family member. Mark went above and beyond in helping us with all our legal matters.

Though my legal problem was rather minor, Mark treated it as if it were a much more important thing. He kept me updated when anything happened with the case and assured me over and over that he is doing everything in his power to speed up the process and help me get what I needed.
