Siebke and Hoyt is an amazing, family run business! Jake is a great sales associate and goes above and beyond to make things right! I would highly recommend this awesome company to anyone in the market for any type of jewelry! They have a high knowledge in everything that they do and hold customer service at the highest standard! Cannot day enough about this company!

This place is great! Put together the exact ring I asked for! No pressure to spend more on a bigger ring!!! The staff is very welcoming and they make you feel like a valued customer no matter how much you plan on spending. Overall a great experience! Thank you!

Cate went out of her way to help me replace a lost ring for my daughter. She not only found the same ring, but she had it sized as well for the perfect fit! She was caring and considerate. My daughter was heartbroken with the loss of that ring, and now thanks to Cate we have it replaced. She also helped me find some fun gifts for a fabulous price! I will forever be grateful for her kindness and compassion. Thank you Cate!!!

Siebke Hoyt Jewelers has an incredible array of lovely and beautiful items from which to choose. My husband, Craig, and I love shopping there. It is always our Jeweler of choice and has been for many years! Stop in and you'll be very pleased that you did! A local family-owned jeweler in our community that we are grateful to have in Cedar Rapids.

Joe Hoyt helped me pick the right engagement ring when I honestly knew nothing about diamonds. He made the process simple and in the end created the perfect set. Siebke Hoyt Jewelers will be the only jeweler I will ever trust, and of course they are already working on some new pieces for me!

I buy ALL of my jewelry here and get so many compliments on all of my pieces. It's a family-owned store and everyone who works there is so friendly and nice. I also really like the variety of collections they carry, such as Gabriel from NYC. You know you're also buying quality and high-end jewelry and it won't 'break the bank.' Make sure to watch for any sales they run, although I think the regular prices are also very reasonable for the quality and craftsmanship of the pieces. What I also REALLY like is how there's a wide variety of tastes represented - for my job as a lawyer, I go for a more classic/timeless style, but they also always have very trendy pieces. If it's in Vogue, etc. they'll have it! Hands down the ONLY place to buy jewelry in Iowa.

Their service, staff, and jewelry are all excellent. They are always helpful and answer any questions. I have never had an issue with any jewelry I have from this store (so far I have purchased or received diamond stud earrings and 3 different diamond and gemstone rings in white gold). They were very attentive to my nickel allergies, and I have yet to have a reaction to the white gold rings, but did have to get the earrings reset in yellow gold. The resizing and resetting of my jewelry has always been done in under a week with no issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality fine jewelry. Their prices may be a bit higher than you find in the area, but the quality of the items and customer service are better, too.

I went with my mom today to just see what I might like for an engagement ring. I know nothing about rings or diamonds but I knew I wanted sapphire somehow. I had such a fun time trying things on and getting a better sense of what I liked and even found out my ring size haha. I like that this place is local and I really felt comfortable here without any pressure. Thanks Jake! I will be back, or my man will ;)

Had the most amazing experience in this store. Can't say enough great things about the staff. I worked with Joe who did a phenomenal job working with me. The store is absolutely beautiful and they have a great selection of jewelry. I can't wait to go back again soon. Highly recommended!!

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Siebke Hoyt Jewlers. I was referred by a good friend who worked with Joe and said you couldn't beat the customer service with these guys. He was right! Since I live in the devils armpit (Arizona) I couldn't physically visit the store. I shot Joe a text and within ten minutes got a response. After discussing what I was looking for, Joe sent over 4 options with detailed pictures. After reviewing the options I quickly found the perfect ring. Joe was extremely helpful, knew exactly what I was looking for and he even worked with my budget. I couldn't be happier with my experience it was quick and painless. I am beyond satisfied and would recommend these guys without hesitation.

I was on a mission looking for a ring to cover my finger for on occasions when I need to cover it. Don't get me wrong I love my dad but in the professional world sometimes it needs to be covered. Jake helped me find that ring! I was undecided and came back on Valentine's Day to purchase the ring. Jake was busy and Joe stepped in because I'm not a very patient person and started to work towards that purchase with me. Both times I was there I was immediately greeted and offered something to drink. Very personable place to shop for jewelry. Mean it was Valentine's Day when I made my purchase I came home with a dozen red roses and a box of chocolate-covered strawberries along with the good deal I was given ⚘ I am anxiously awaiting the sizing so I can wear my new purchase! It was a great experience and I highly advise them 💍 ❤

Jake has been wonderful. From helping my husband pick out the best engagement ring all the way to finding the perfect wedding band. We were able to customize my husband's band and engrave it. They are always willing to clean and check my ring (and whatever other jewelry I have on) whenever I stop by. Very professional and much better service, pricing, and quality compared to chain jewelers. Highly recommend!!!!
