First off, do NOT go for any of their shipping that costs more. I placed an order for two items I needed for a restoration that I was doing and specifically paid extra for 2-day shipping. After they took my money the stuff showed up late because they did not process the order in time and I did not get my items before I had to leave town, which meant my son did not get his birthday present. Not only was the gentleman I spoke to about this rude, he basically told me the policy was on the website and refused to offer me any refund for my extra shipping costs. I will never use this company again.

Found item needed on parts list. Contacted store for availability. Items were readily availble and was able to pick them up at store counter, Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend doing business to anyone.

So I ordered an Item about 4 days ago. I called 3 days later because the item has not shipped. The gentelman that I spoke with said it would ship out that day. I called the very next day to check and make sure it was shipped and they told me it was out of stock, WTF Talk about a bait and switch. I love how there website says "usually in stock" on every single item. They dont want you to know if the item is actually there or not!!!!! They did refund my money but now I have to scramble and find a fathers day present in 3 days. Its one thing to be honest about an item not being in stock the day or after I placed the order but to find out by having to call 4 days after THEY EVEN BILLED ME FOR THE ITEM and tell me its out of stock is one crappy way to do business.
