The event hall was well managed and organized. Special accommodations were provided for after event celebrations. The rooms were well kept and comfortable.

Great Hotel, the best in the area. The service is prompt and courteous. It is my preferred location when I visit customers in this area.

The hotel is alright but I'm not happy with the cleaning. The room I was originally assigned to had a dirty tub. It looked like dirty water had sat and dried in the tub. Front desk was very friendly and moved me to another room. This room seemed to have a cleaner bathroom. However this one now had a dirty pillow case. I understand makeup can stain (and I really hope it was a stain and not that they weren't changed) but it was fairly obvious. You'd think they wouldn't use it again. Restaurant is good. Pricey but that's to be expected at most hotels.

Excellent customer service. My family & I experience a house fire and our insurance company set us up here. Everyone on staff has been absolutely wonderful. From managers, housekeeping, maintenance and front desk managers. EVERYONE has been very nice and accommodating to my family and I. Highly recommend for any occasion.

Last minute decision to stay here due to traffic jams on I57. Got the last room due to same traffic jam. Whirlpool tub had a weird shower. Otherwise great stay. Clean and comfortable. Comped breakfast by being a Hilton Honors member. Good value.

Good service. High prices here. Breakfast not included. Adjustable firmness of bed 😃. Clean. It's a conference center. Hot tub, pool, exercise room (we did not try). Fridge and microwave.

The room was clean. The lobby was clean and welcoming. There were cookies and water laid out as you entered the lobby. The gym is small but adequate. The check in process was quite slow but it's understandable as there was an emergency of someone fainting and collapsing somewhere in the hotel. Overall it's a clean hotel and I'd stay here again if I need a hotel nearby.

The staff is very polite. The swimming pool and fitness center are in good shape. Not the biggest I have seen but I never had a problem getting what I needed. It is right off the highway so very easy to get to. The breakfast is not free but they will make you what you would like which is nice. Overall, a great place to stay

Big rooms, lovely accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the pillows are very comfortable. Rooms also come with Keurig machines and TV's. The only problem I have is that breakfast costs around $10.99 per person, although I'm sure it tastes good. The lobby is gorgeous with complimentary chardonnay and lemon water. The rooms have plenty of mirrors and storage, along with a clean bathroom and working facilities.

Very good hotel. Their fitness center is spacious and clean. I saw the swimming pool but didn't have a chance to enjoy it and it look good. I loved their simple breakfast options with lots of fruits. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Room was clean. Shower drain was a bit slow. Beds are awesome. They have memory foam mattresses. Food for our professional event was excellent. All of the staff were friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for conference space.

Clean hotel, not noisy. Breakfast server was slightly annoying but the breakfast offering made it worthwhile to eat. Area is safe and tidy and parking spacious without charge. This is my favorite hotel in Kankakee. I'll stay again. Reception staff are friendly and genuine.
