We were lucky to be referred to GRG. After our car broke down in our way back to Chicago the day after thanksgiving, Greg from GRG fixed our car promptly, he was very proffesional. They are I-65 angels! Thanks to Randal from Wolcott's Marathon gas station for the referral.

We were on our way home on a 6 hour trip to Chicago from Ohio when our car completely broke down 2 hours from home. Luckily, GRG was highly recommended by the towing service. They ended up saving us over $600 from the dealership the insurance company tried to force us to use. The owner, Greg was amazing. You can not do better than to entrust your auto's well being to GRG.

GRG is just about the best shop I've ever had work on my vehicles. Greg and the rest of the crew there have been nothing but helpful and professional. I have had them repair problems on three different cars with nothing but the highest compliments for them and their work. In one case, when the repairs took a little longer than expected, Greg even offered to let me borrow one of his cars if I needed it.
The shop prices are more than reasonable and I have no complaints about any of the labor they have done. I have recommended them to several of my friends and will continue to do so. If you have an automotive problem , you can be confident that GRG will take care of your car.response / report this review -

WARNING!!! This is the most unproffesional and scarey experiance I have ever encountered at a repair facility. My car died on I65 heading for Chicago. The tow truck took me to GRG auto repair. The place appears nice enough until you meet the man up front. I was immediately greeted with a scent of illegal drugs when I entered from there I was promptly scanned like a piece of meat ( uncomfortable!!!) but it gets better. As i waited for my car multiple times the man at the desk made comments and remarks of how attractive i was and he kept dropping hints that the repair could be alot cheaper if I was intrested in performing "favors". I was so scared, angry , and appaled, I wanted to run. After three hours of waiting/hiding they found the problem and I was on the road only to break down 40 miles north of where i was. Not only was I verbally violated I also was taken for $300.00. I will never return or contact this business again and recommend if you are a women STAY AWAY!!!!!!. Greg at the counter is a CREEPER supreme!

My engine seized up while passing through the area and I was lucky enough to land at GRG Auto Repair. Although they didn't work on my truck they did help me significantly in my time of need. With their help finding a vehicle in town I was back on the road in a few hours. Meeting such caring and compassionate people made what was anot awful day turn out pretty darn well. Thanks again Greg.
