The Grant Street Inn is a beautiful inn and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are quaint and classy. The breakfast is also quite nice. I loved everything about my stay. It was so much more enjoyable than staying at a large hotel chain since it felt like a home away from home.

Has a bed and breakfast type feel because the rooms feel more like bedrooms than a cookie cutter hotel room (at least mine did). Floors tend to creak which is a bit annoying but nothing terrible.

Nice comfortable atmosphere. Within walking distance of downtown and many restaurants. Also within walking distance of Bloomington's farmers market. Parking and layout is unique. Breakfast is pretty good too.

Cozy room. Close to University and many amenities. Vaulted ceiling was odd. Did not have in room AC and parking was very confusing.

Third time staying at this charming inn, and will return again. The staff are all friendly, helpful, professional - and were accommodating over and above to find us a disability friendly room on two different visits. The breakfast buffet is delicious, nutritious, fresh.I just wish it was available a bit later than 9:30! Not a single bad word to say about this lovely place.

I love the consistently clean charm of the Grant Street Inn. Great location to be able to walk to restaurants and events. Great breakfast and conversations with staff and guests. It's a must do if you are lucky enough to get a reservation.

I always enjoy my time at Grant Street Inn and wouldn't stay anywhere else when I visit Bloomington. The hot breakfast they serve is amazing, the staff is wonderful and the ambiance can't be beat. Very convenient location for anyone visiting the IU Bloomington campus.

The inn is located in a quiet part of a busy college town. The property was well kept and clean from the street view. Once inside the decor and furnishings where very nice and fit the fit and finish of a nice Inn or bed and breakfast. The room was spacoous and clean. Nice furniture and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with soaps and shampoos and very nice towels. The staff was friendly and the large buffet style breakfast the next morning was a great finish for our stay at the Inn. Spiral cut ham, eggs, cheese potato casserole, fruit, bread and the trimmings were available with yogurts and beverages. Would stay at the Grant Street Inn again and would recommend to anyone staying in Bloomington.

Stayed here a couple of times for work. Rooms, in particular the beds, are fantastic and clean as can be. Staff is fantastic. Good location close to IU and food options. Only complaint is the breakfast is a little weak for my taste, but overall not worth anything less than a five-star.
