I booked online and there was some confusion with my reservation when I got there but they found it and got me into my room. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was clean and updated, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked. The only thing that worried me was the sketchy looking people walking around outside.

Great hotel for the price. The rooms were very clean and the associates were very friendly and accommodating. My room had a tv, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Room was relatively nice. Was good for the price. The bedding left a little to be desired. The picture on the television was quite grainy/staticy. All in all, the stay was pretty nice.

They should've at least warned me that they had BED BUGS. Now I have to throw away everything I brought inside that motel. But they have great nice employees at the desk.

I came into Bloomington (from Michigan) for a funeral. My family needed an inexpensive and clean room for a night. After looking at reviews for several inexpensive places in the area, we settled on this motel. We were not disappointed. The room was very clean, the sheets where bright white and clean and the bed was comfortable. The young man at the desk was super friendly when we checked in. I liked the big shower and the price was right. This is not a 5-star resort, but it you are looking for a comfortable bed, a clean room and an affordable price, this place works well.

Well it's cheap so I give it 2 but clean and bug free absolutely not.and if you want ice it need toilet paper make sure you get it before the office closes .bc the sign says if you need assistance plz call but then u call and are told that the office is closed and u need to figure something out.not so easy to do when you don't have any cash on hand nor a car and it's raining!!!!!!

Quiet. Nice rooms. Management was kind and helpful. Cleanest accommodations at a great rate. Loved staying 2 nights. Close to IU.

I am presently staying at the economy inn. If you are a needy person who wants all the personal services, this is not for you. If you are looking for a VERY clean room, good cable, and a fair price, this is perfect! I just needed a place to sleep and rest. This is perfect! The owner and operator at the desk is extremely nice, he even gave me a bottle of water just for staying here. I know this is minor to most, but it showed me he wanted his guests to be happy. I asked him about bed bugs and he stated all his mattresses are covered so bed bugs cannot get to them, and that they had a service come in monthly to make sure they are free from bedbugs. The other areas of the room are mostly wood, so bedbugs cannot live there. I will stay here again. This is a good place to just lay your head down and stay the night. So if you just need a good place to sleep and sleep, this is the best place for the money. If you can':t tell, I like this place. Give it a shot!

The economy inn us a very inexpensive hotel in a town of much more expensive ones. It's a fairly dreary place with not great lighting, but if you're okay with that, it's worth it for the price. The service seems to be pretty good, and overall makes the hotel a good, inexpensive, place to stay.

Stopped by to see a friend that was visiting the area and staying here. The front desk/owner was very friendly and helpful while we waited for our friend to arrive.
Unsure about the quality of the rooms or the service, but our limited interaction with the owner was pleasant.
Location was also good based on it's its proximity to restaurants, etc. However, it's not a place I would personally stay at due to (possible) safety & cleanliness concerns I have at this level of hospitality/price (nothing to do with this business in particular, just my personal preference when it comes to picking hotels in general).
