Very casual atmosphere. Food is limited but good. Venue is fun by the ski slope and tube run. I love when there is a fire pit roaring.

Very disappointing. Drove over 2 hours for the cosmic tubing that is advertised as glowing tubes, black lights and glow necklaces which wasn’t the case at all. All that was there was three sketchy tubing lanes lite up by bright white lights (not black lights as shown on the website pictures and YouTube videos). No necklaces were given to our group. I saw a few kids with glow sticks but was told they brought them. One of the lanes was so close to the edge and didn’t have any barrier to prevent anyone from going off the edge. What a waste of time and money. We will not be going back!

I just want to share the experience that I just had at Granite Gorge. For those of you who don’t know there are after school programs that ski at Granite Gorge. This season the ski lift has been down numerous times so the skiers had to climb the mountain or use the crowded carrot lift to ski. I understand that ski lifts break down but 3 out of 5 times is a bit much. Myself and some other parents tried to talk to the mountain about compensation a few weeks ago and they told us that they were meeting and would get back to us. I left my name and number and didn’t here anything. Tonight the ski lift was working but they were now short instructors. To give them credit they did say they would add a lesson to the end of the six weeks but the way I was spoken to and treated by both owners I will not return to that mountain. My daughters and numerous other kids and families witnessed a man speaking to me in a very disrespectful way. When I started to explain what my concerns were the co-owner said to me in a very rude way “ Lady, I am not listening to you complain go somewhere else, like Crotched Mountain”. This man kept referring to me as “Lady”. I obviously didn’t get anywhere with him so when I asked the other co-owner for a face to face intelligent conversation I was told to “go onto Facebook and message me” and that he didn’t have time to talk to me. There were other words exchanged but I will spare you all. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. My point of this post is to let you know that this mountain is not kid friendly or family friendly. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated by grown men and even more disappointed to have my daughters witness men speaking to a woman that way. My family and I know of at least 3 other families who were there tonight and have reached out to me that will not be returning to Granite Gorge.

I took part in their snow tubing special on Fridays (the hours of snow tubing and dinner for $20). It's a great deal, but it's also hard to enjoy when they sell out. Definitely call first and make a reservation. Also, be mindful of the Friday you pick because they get pretty busy with families and you'll end up spending most of the three hours waiting on the lift or at the top for your turn. Parking can also be difficult because the lot of very small.

Went for first time. From RI. The snow tubing area is childish. If you expect to get big hills and go fast, this isn't the place. I walked in and said to my family, wow this is how small the tubing is? And they agreed! Small hills with no thrills. Best for children only. And the magic carpet lift takes forever.

We went here specially for snow tubing and we really had fun day. Crew people were good. You can get food and drinks at place while enjoying outdoor skiing and tubing.

Very family oriented! The tubing slopes are kiddie friendly and are not for trill seekers. The indoor area could do with some cosmetic upgrades as well also on my visit here a couple days ago the parking lot was slick with ice and left untreated leaving people vulnerable to slips and falls.
