Terrible terrible mean service, overpriced, and normal food. Never coming back to this preposterouse place again.
Excellent pasta, and excellent cheese appetizer too, although the size is a bit large if there's only 2 of you. The place is small but never feels crowded to me.
Best Italian restaurant in the Boston area. Food is great, pizzas are phenomenal. Antonio, the guy who runs the show and takes care of the tables, is a character. The best.
Really excellent food and thorough service. A little off the beaten path (but that’s good!). Decor isn’t super exciting, but otherwise great experience!
My family and I love going to this restaurant. The calamari is the best here. We always have it either grilled or fried.
Cute Italian restaurant in a beautiful secluded neighborhood. It's a nice walk from Porter, you even pass by a playground on the way. They have a special strawberry drink that's quite brilliant (as usual it was my friend who got it, all them good choices :/). We shared a calamari appetizer and ordered pasta for each of us. I liked the place mostly for the ambience. The service however, can be a little spotty.
Amazing and authentic Italian food to warm your soul. This is a regular request from my Italian in-laws.
Great food and good date place. Not easy to get to if you don't have a car (or call a cab).
Great Italian food, fresh and homemade, great atmosphere, excellent service, always look forward for a chance to come here.
This place has great food and a very sweet and homey feel. The staff is more "family" than "professional", but to me that just increases the charm. Great value for money. Highly recommend.
Also the pizza is just out of this world.
You don't need to go to the North End to find great Italian food. Gran Gusto has quickly become my favorite spot for Italian cuisine in North Cambridge. The food is delicious and authentic, the staff is friendly, and it's reasonable and convenient (plenty of parking nearby).
The pizzas are made with premium ingredients. The pasta is homemade and, maybe not quite on the level as Giulia, is excellent. The portions aren't huge, but you'll still end up with leftovers because you'll want to try a bit of everything. Plus they do takeout for their pizza and offer very tasty house made breadsticks!
