Did not like the fact that chiropractor had to leave regardless the situation I have the right to complain and give negative review if I feel like I need too. Knowing he had patients waiting I waited for a good amount of time I also heard some of the staff that work there discussing that he had left and for them to either tell me or other people waiting that 'he' had left about 5-7 min later i was informed like if he left just come and tell me I had already waited just to wait some more to get the notice. PS. I don't live close by the office neither. They did offer me to give me a discount if I paid full price when I was only there to pay $20 and was going to end up paying more smh 🤦 GONSTEAD CHIROPRACTORS are the way to go STEIN CHIROPRACTIC is awesome and treat you right I'm a patient at both just stop by this office from time to time

Just wanted to say the Avondale location is AMAZING. I haven't been to the other locations but I feel so comfortable. Dr. Fininis she is such a EXCELLENT Doctor. She's been helping me, my sister, and mother for the past 3 in a half months and we don't have ANYTHING BAD to SAY ABOUT HER or the STAFF. They've been so great and even understanding when we can't make it and giving us new appointments. So I TOTALLY RECOMMEND them!

This location has great customer service, the staff members are very welcoming. In addittion, Dr. Fininis is an AMAZING Dr. I highly recommend her. She takes her time to listen to you and most importantly makes you feel back to normal.

Dishonest…Stay away! Front desk are a bunch of unhappy girls. Very unfriendly! Worst chiropractor I’ve ever been to. I called my insurance to find out my copay and it was $45. They tried collecting $55. Not that I’m cheap. I just like honest Drs. They said their billing department charges $55. I also had an appointment for 12 and made me wait an hour filling out the same paperwork that I have filled out at least 4 times on prior visits. Never again for me…
THEN they respond to my review lying once again. My insurance never told them $55.00. My ins copay is $45.00. Nothing but lies… STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!response / report this review -

Dr. Lori diagnosed my problem right away and began appropriate treatment. Although I realize it's going to take some time and visits to get back to normal, I'm definitely on the mend. Thanks again to the entire staff at Goodyear Chiropractic - very professional and caring folks who treat like they would a family member.
