we purchased a flight type dish machine from Meiko. It hasn't worked properly since day one i have tried with out success to get a time of when some one was going to come repair the incorrectly installed machine i cannot comment on how good or bad the machine is but service and communication from this company is sub par tbest

The Stewart County School System bought 2 of the new KA series dishwashers. The staff was very helpful from start to finish, everything was professionally done. They have followed through on all of their commitments and even gone above and beyond to offer assistance when questions about the machine have come up. I would highly recommend them and would certainly purchase from them again in the future if needed.

I have visited the MEIKO USA facility on multiple occasions and am impressed with the staff, product materials, and overall high level of manufacturing quality made evident by their machines. The added features of many lines makes it easy for consultants and specifiers to produce a clear and quantifiable payback period, exhibiting a lower total cost of ownership for the end-user when comparing to competing products.

Our Meiko machine is four years old, and has become so buggy it's now a burden to work with. Support is spotty at best. Our local techs made three months worth of phone calls and performed hundreds of dollars in repairs until someone at Meiko finally admitted that the problems we're experiencing are due to something they knew about but never admitted. Parts are always on backorder and take very, very long to come in. We are extremely frustrated and at a loss as to how to get our job done with this giant paperweight we paid so much money for taking up space in our kitchen.
