  Very friendly people great customer service excellent craftsmanship would definitely recommend buying and getting repair work done here. I have got several pieces from this place and I've not been disappointed yet! It's always a pleasure to visit their store.

  I contacted Chris at Walker Metalsmiths about re-doing my engagement ring. It has been damaged in an accident. Communication was great and he knew exactly what I wanted. Received the ring sooner than quoted and it is fabulous. Would highly recommend them.

  Walker Metalsmuths is such a cool place! Their store is tucked away in the southern tier of Western Ny. The showroom is small but there is a nice display of their jewelry on hand. The original designs are unique and have intricuit details. What craftsmanship! The owner/ craftsman came out to talk about his inspirations and the staff on the floor was very helpful! I went in for just one thing and was so impressed with the detail I came out with 2! One day I hope to have them create something just for me!

  I received a pair of earrings, one of which had a bent post when it arrived. I received a refund, but I paid shipping both ways ($14.50) and have nothing to show for it. Very disappointing experience. This "family" business is no different than any other large impersonal online seller.

  Great communication and buying experience! I ordered an item for my wife a week before our anniversary. The item was currently out of stock but they informed me via email that if this was a time sensitive matter they would do their best to get it out to me ASAP. After a response from me they were able to expedite the item's casting and shipping and I'm looking forward to surprising my wife on our anniversary!
