It was over 90°F and with no air conditioning, fans, or anything the restaurant was HOT. After being seated we asked for water and it was over 10 minutes before we saw any staff again (and had to ask a second time).

It felt like there was only one lady covering the entire restaurant, and, although she was very kind, the service was unbearably slow (especially for an airport setting where people have flights to catch).

The food was okay but way overpriced; overall not a great experience, but at least the staff was friendly.

Sucks!!!! 6 mins. .. They wouldn't take my BLTA order cause it was a lunch menu. "Lunch menu prices ends at 4:30, sorry can't help you". Heck it was 4:36!!! This restaurant suck!

What a nice little gem at the local Monterey airport. Some local friends invited us to dinner here and we were surprised to find it inside the airport but happily surprised by how good it was. The calamari is great and I loved my hamburger. The service was great and we had a nice outside view of the planes arriving with Monterey Bay in the distance.

Terrible!
What started out as an ordinary lunch time today turned out to be a disaster.I ordered the Hamburger no cheese & no bacon. with a green salad. The waitress did not ask how I would like my Hamburger cooked; I assumed that it would be well done. The food came and I decided to eat the salad first; a few minutes later I took a bite of my Burger and the first thing I noticed was it was not cooked well done.
It was probably med. rare. I informed the wait staff and the lady who served me took the burger and left me with my salad; it really annoyed me you don't go to eat at a restaurant to eat only part of the order.
While I was waiting for the burger to come back I decided that I didn't want to wait. So I went to pay and the waitress came out with my burger I informed her that I did not want it. To my surprise she waves her hand at me and says whatever and walks away with the plate.
Is that the kind of people you hire that are unprofessional and tell customers whatever. The reason I changed my mind is I always wonder what the cooks do when you return food to the Kitchen. It makes me uneasy. I will never eat again at the Golden Tee. Ruined my lunch. Yes, I did not pay for my lunch but that was not the point I wanted to enjoy a good burger so I thought not here anyway.
