This is a Passport America park and a good rest up place on the way to Florida. Has small breakfast/lunch cafe. Not within walking distance, but groceries are a short drive away.

Not the prettiest park in the world but surely a great spot for an overnight stay while you're on the road

Visited Aug 24 thru 30, 2017. Nice campground, very friendly people. Sites were narrow and bit of a challenge. They had a lot of rain recently, ground wet with some standing water. Didn't set up outside chairs ect because to boggy.
Very warm, with intermittent rain and couple of thunderstorms. Still able to visit a lot of the surrounding area.
    Would stay there again.

This is no place for a vacation stay. The owner uses the help basically as slave labor claiming to be a Christian while the whole time he cusses and berates them. The facilities are unkept with no regard for sanitation. Allowing the dumpster to overflow around families and small children. And at the same time allows rampant drug use and criminal activity to happen. Even consisting of gun fights Nd gun shots around families for drug activity. Instead of cleaning up the situation the owner uses his so called "Christian" standing in the community to help in the cover up of drug induced shooting that occurred a few hundred feet from my children during supper! So sad to know that the greed of the owner and lack of respect for his fellow humans that he allows and even enables this to continue to this day! Shame on him and the way he treats customers, employees, and yet even his own wife!

The people are nice. I bought a 5th wheel from a privet owner staying there at the time and the park was kinda dirty. The previous owner said they didn't maintain the park very well and it showed. But i only stayed there 2 days until i moved our trailer and the people seemed nice and friendly and they did have a pool and electric, water, cable and wifi included at 550 a month.

Easy off and on from I95. Friendly staff. Nice bath houses. Nice sites, easy in and out. Nice dog walk. A good place to stay if you are pulling off I95 for the night. You can have breakfast or lunch in the on site restaurant but there is no campground store or "snack bar" so bring in everything you need to eat or drink for an overnight stay dinner. There is a pool on site but it was not yet open on March 21 despite the weather being very hot.

Convenient to interstate gas and restaurants. Not far from St. Simon and Jekyll islands. Park itself is mostly a trailer park. Dumpsters overflowing, washers and dryers out of order. Good for one or two nights. Wi-fi pretty bad.

We just left the RV park now. We checked in last night at 10 to 7 and they closed at 7 o'clock. We got our site and went there and hooked up our RV. We had no electric. We called the number for the office but they were already gone. We couldn't leave a message on that number because it said that the mailbox was full. I found another number for the RV park and called and left a message. No one returned our call. So we had no electric and we already paid. We paid $39.96 for the night. We had to leave the park because no one answered us. We did try to go to a different site that was available but we were having trouble our circuit breaker kept tripping .We figured it's time to leave.! We called him the next morning and the girl said she had a wait for the manager to come in to see if we could get a refund. Again no one called us back. We were pretty close by so we drove there to get our refund. The older woman whom we think is the owner, was so rude, raunchy, used language that was unbelievable. We told her the story she said yes she got our messages and no we are not getting a refund. This is 10:30 AM. She told us she had a certified electrician look at that site and there is nothing wrong with it. I would love to know the electrician that she uses that she could get there at 10:30 in the morning! Absolutely she said we are not getting our money back! We paid her cash. I should have read all the reviews on this place before we pulled in there. One review was worse than the other. You had to be there to see this woman act the way she did with a mouth that was so dirty like the rest of the campgrounds.Don't go there!

I've never given a negative review to a campground before because I'm not really that picky but this place earned it. Word of advice, avoid this place. They charged us $37 after Good Sam discount and it wasn't anywhere worth that. The bathhouse is disgusting with hairballs in the corners (dark mass in picture below), the water does stink like the other reviewer said and really it's just all around outdated and badly maintained. I wanted to get propane and they had no one to pump it for us. I would've been happier in a Walmart parking lot - - no joke.

really nice people and accommodating but the park is in need of maintenance No TP in the restrooms showers were dirty and didn't look like they had been cleaned for some time. sites were really run down. Management or owner needs to take a good look around. cannot recommend this park for more than one night..
