  Buyers Beware! These ppl are crooks, dishonest, money hungry, bad business all the way around, vehicle I bought has been to three different mechanics (certified) all in which I have gotten estimates from for the things this car needs, Gold Key is a rip off, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  As I am an experienced professional mechanic With 36 years experience. I could not help but report the bad dealing of this dealer. Number one they sold a car as is no warranty However, Jonathan Daniels specified that the check engine light was on and if they would fix it he would buy it . Well they told him it was fixed. So he bought it. But on his way home from the dealer the light came right back on for the same issue. When Jonathan called them they told him in a rude manner that it was sold to him with no warranty as is. A pretty raw deal wouldn't you think.Not worth one star.

  They sell nice cars but they will tell you a lie about the shape of the vehicle. They promise to fix whats wrong but it tears up before you get it home.

  Lori was wonderful. She was very patient and helpful. Need more people in the customer service business like her. She went over and beyond for me.
