Called Friday at 3 about a tire was told the computers were down took name number tire size etc never heard back Monday comes I call and am told "I see the note we will give you a call shortly" several hours later call back and was told "everyone was at lunch we will call you back" was never so much as a price on the tire

I had a great experience, so far. I brought my SUV in because I thought I needed new tires, but they checked and my tires still have a lot of life left in them. They repaired the leaking tire for only $15. Now we'll see if the tire stays inflated!

Driver side tire was leaking so I took my car in for a quick patch job. 6 HOURS LATER, they were not done. I came in on my lunch break and I said I could come back in half an hour. Came back, it looked done, but the following morning my pressure check light came on again. I came in this place, pissed, demanding a refund because who is going to put their car back in the place that took 6 and a half hours to do a patch that they didn't even do right. They /checked/ it and the owner basically belittled me in front of his staff, asking why I came in here asking for a refund when they could have checked it. Hilarious. And the following morning the check pressure light went off, AGAIN. I took my car to Crosby Nissan and not only are they fixing the issue, they also found a nail in another tire. This place sucks and clearly doesn't value their customers.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I'm a single mom and my truck broke down. I bought the starter for it and it was sitting directly across the street. For almost 24 hours they were supposed to be towing it and fixing it. Needless to say that never happened. I went to get my key back from them and not once did they try to make it right. Maybe I wasn't spending enough money for them to care IDK. I will not ever recommend them for anything.
