Beware of her no refund policy. The owner hides behind that for the orders she screws up. She claimed to be able to engrave a cup, then when she couldn’t, she just fought with me.

Staff not friendly or helpful. Today makes the second time this location and the staff not acknowledge me. No welcome, may I help you or anything. Today a employee (maybe the owner) looks directly at me sits in her chair and turns her back to me. No worries you will not get any of my money!

Bee is awesome. Her and all of her staff will work with you to get you taken care of. Priced VERY reasonably and great work. I've used her again and again for all different types of military projects.

She screwed up engraving on a Yeti cup I brought her and did not seem concerned at all. Sloppy work and exorbitant prices. I would not bring anything of value to this store and would caution those who need quality work done to avoid this business.
