  Kerry is amazing. She combined stones from my mother and fathers rings (both deceased) and created a beautiful very special ring I will cherish forever!! All the ladies at the connection are spectacular. Always happy and welcoming and ‘old Louie boy’ is very talented and a strong brave man to work in a shop full of ladies. Thank you Gold Connection for years of wonderful service. My grandmother, mother, myself, my friend Emma Down in Australia and my daughter all have amazing original pieces designed and created by Kerry and her beautiful staff 🥰

  Wow. Walked in at 5:30 and rang the door twice…it was freezing outside. The lady saw me twice and ignored me!!! I guess they closed early, which I can understand but at least give the customer an inclination that you see them (and she DID see me) to let me know to come back tomorrow. I simply went to get my new watch sized and am looking to purchase a Presidential Rolex for my boyfriend. Horrible customer service I
