  Go here! This is a hidden gem! The staff here is professional and they actually try to help and make the process easier for people like me. It was a lengthy process because I didn't have anything saved but Rob and Careisa made it a fun experience. I got my first bill and everything was exactly as explained and there was not a single thing hidden or added like when I go to the other stores. I will recommend this store to everyone! Thank you Rob!

  If there was a lower rating this Retailer would get it! Say your prayers that you never have to rely on what a particular salesperson & manger tells you ,OR puts in writingthey most likely will not honor it. If it doesn't mean more money to them, they aren't interested in assisting the customer.Save grief & go to a corporate Verizon store, not this retailer!!

  This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a phone and one of the best retail experiences I can remember. Deandre was incredibly knowledgable, personable, and took the time to recommend a great phone and get everything set up perfectly. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions and made me confident in choosing Verizon as my wireless carrier. Deandre had a great amount of technical information and relayed it simply and effectively while relating it to my situation. This should be a model for the Verizon as a company and all of their stores.

  My wireless consultant whose name is Andy went above and beyond for me. I came in after I dropped my phone, a half an hour before closing time. He stayed until 10:30pm to fix and transfer my info from my old phone to my new one. (I has to replace my old phone) He explained all my options of what I needed to know as far as replacement. I'm extremely impressed with his customer service! What a great guy and he makes me happy to be a Verizon customer. Thanks Andy!

  Sarah and Andy were amazing customer reps they got me and my roommate get our new phones the s7 and the LG g5. Great all around service from these two I highly recommend if wanting to switch or just have a problem these two and theven of the crew at go wireless will take of you in the nicest and friendliest way possible I give them both 5 Stars! Keep the great work
