George was awesome about keeping in communication with me. He knew what the problem was when I described the issue with my dryer on our first phone call, and was able to have the parts before he came out, saving him time and gas, and me time and money! I recommend George and will call him again when the time comes.

george was incredible! we were expecting a large and complicated repair but he diagnosed a simple issue over the phone, and we were able to fix it ourselves! will definitely be calling him in the future if we ever need a repair!

Amanda and George were incredibly kind, cheerful, and helpful. George quickly and accurately diagnosed and repaired our washing machine problem. The service was affordable and timely. We will definitely be calling Go.G for all future appliance repair.

The best experience in dealing with an appliance repair! Amanda on the phone is the friendliest and will try and get you taken care of. George came out. Also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Experienced in working with warranty company. Quick turn around to get parts and repair. Would recommend to anyone looking for appliance repair.
