Simple windshield replacement and Glass Doctor turned it into a memorable moment! Becky did a 3 way call with my insurance took the claim number and had someone out to me in just a few days. She called me back when she said she was going to. The technician, was awesome, on time and respectable.

I was having water stains appear on my downstairs ceiling whenever we had wind driven hard rain. The contractor I called made expensive repairs that did nothing to solve my problem. I placed a call to Glass Doctor, Brandon arrived, at his insistence removed his shoes, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. He took my sliding glass door apart discovered the problem, fixed the problem and cleaned everything up within an hour at a charge of $75.00. I have never 'had a better experience. I can't express how grateful I am that I made my call to Glass Doctor, they are the best! Brandon it is my heartfelt "Thank You". You are the best! Pat Comer

They came out several times because of miscommunication. Took awhile but the job got done. They were easy to work with. Nice & friendly. Office folks and installers very nice. I did glass replacement and window repair. They should have recommended a window replacement. They need to be proactive in helping folks determine the best course of action on window repair. Repair or replace? The window repair at my rental drove me crazy. For what I paid, I should have just replaced the windows. It was over half the cost of new windows. Live and learn. Not Happy.

Outstanding service. Ariel went above and beyond keeping me up to date on my replacement windshield and appointment. It was for a 42ft RV, so not the usual vehicle. Still, unlike the RV repair shop, she called when she said she would and got everything done. Installation went flawlessly.

Glass Dr. in Niceville is the best! I would not even think to use another company. We have used them multiple times to replace windows in our home which have lost their seal. I always ask for Kevin. He has been our installer every time and we couldn't be more pleased! He is efficient, professional, friendly & does a fantastic job! In fact, all the employees we have come in contact with exemplify the same qualities. From Don, who schedules the appointments, to Becky for everything else we have needed, we haven't been disappointed in the least! Thank you Glass Dr.!

Ricky from Glass Doctor was AWESOME! He showed up early, was very polite and made sure everything was cleaned up upon his departure. He explained the warranty and said that if I had any questions to not hesitate and call. This will be my go to company for any and all of my glass needs. Great job! After having a stray rock crack my windshield, I was physically shaken and devastated. Upon contacting the Glass Doctor, my anxiety was arrested by the professional and courteous service I received. Jessica made sure I was comfortable and reassured me with her hospitality and confidence. It was hard to believe how quickly the work was completed during what seemed to be rush hour. Brandon did a Excellent job replacing 14 windows on my home. He has replaced 7 others in the last two years and they still look Great! Double pain windows always seem to stain as the seal's give way but Glass Doctor has a great 12 year warranty that gives you a piece of mind. I had a original window that was installed in 2005 replaced 3 times in four years by Home Town Contractors, who built my enclosed Florida room.They used sub par windows. FANTASTIC SERVICE ALL AROUND. Met with Brandon for measurements. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional and helped us try to make a deadline happen. He and his team player also Brandon, installed the doors and did a great job. The frameless glass doors look amazing and it took less than 2 hours. I want to thank Ariel for all her help over the phone. She was courteous, professional and provided great feed back every step of the way. She was instrumental in scheduling, answering questions and providing emails with pictures of shower enclosure hardware options. I didn't have to make the one-way 45 minute trip to the store as a result. I also want to thank Service Specialist Paul Lee for his expertise in custom glass shower enclosure solutions. I had one of those "I've never seen one of those before" shower situations and Paul expertly guided me through the various options Glass Doctor could provide. He pointed out flaws in the previous installation that would lead to water intrusion in the walls and suggested a solution that was both aesthetically pleasing as it was functional. Paul visited twice prior to the installation to ensure measurements were accurate and the customer's wishes were being met. Paul and Service Technician Kevin James provided professional installation service and made sure everything was done right. They were meticulous in hanging the 32" wide by 78" tall by 3/8" thick (super heavy!) door. I now have a showcase shower with a beautiful brushed nickel header and door hardware that are as safe as they are beautiful. Another Great Job by Brandon with Glass Doctor. He installed a new shower door in my new home. It was all done in a timely manner and with great service as always.

Great Service, the tech was very kind and did a great job. While fixing the door the tech found a leaking door closer and replaced. Would recommend to family and friends. Thank you for the quick turnaround service.
