We were ripped off they were going to sell three vehicles a brand new Denali acadia my son a 37000 truck and a new truck for me already made a signed deal on the used truck had pal in hand just waiting on bank for the Acadia called salesman and informed him was waiting he said ok came on Friday to let the wife test drive the Acadia then asked to show wife the sons truck the salesman said let me find out where they put it then comes back and says we sold it and basically to bad even though we had a deal so now they will not sell a thing to me everyone I wouldn't take a free vehicle from this place they don't care about custom service and the manager didn't either go to Pensacola if you want a deal stay away from Crestview lee gmc

This place ripped me off a few years ago, haven't been back since. I have a recall on my SUV that I will have to take to pcola because I don't want their service department to take advantage of me again.

Great experience buying my super clean used Truck from Jeff at Lee Buick GMC. Bree from internet sales sent me some links to other available vehicles when my first inquiry was sold. Bree also set up my test drive with Jeff. Jeff was very laid back and easy to deal with throughout the process. We already had our financing in place and Jeff did not try and pressure us past our comfort zone. Ms Simmons was thorough, helpful and also low pressure when we closed up the deal in her office. Jeff was very responsive to an issue that we discovered soon after bringing our truck home. I returned it to the service department and was very pleased with Paul and other Service Department staff who understood my anxiety and assured me that I was in good hands. They provided me a loaner vehicle and ordered and installed a new radio/nav system at no charge. Jeff had another courteous team member (also named Jeff) bring my truck back to me since I live over 75 miles away. I would not hesitate to recommend this Dealer and Jeff to anyone. They were very professional. Everyone we met took pride in the Lee Buick GMC organization. They were not going to let me leave dissatisfied.

We were headed back home and had about 12 more hours on the road. We started to have truck problems and their service was excellent. We have a toddler and they dropped us off at a restaurant and when we got back they were done with our truck. They did everything they could to make sure our ride back home was safe and quick. Very happy with the service we received especially having the stress of truck problems while on a road trip. Made it not so bad. Thank you!

The folks at Lee Buick GMC were great. I first went to the Chevrolet dealership next door looking for a new 1500 Silverado and had a miserable experience, so I walked next door to take a look at the GMC Sierras. I told them exactly what I was looking for and what features I wanted in my vehicle. They were able to find me a better truck than I needed for a lower price than the one I was looking at - there was a rebate program on certain vehicles that they didn't even have to tell me about. I ended up spending less for a better vehicle, and never once felt pressured to get any additional features, warranties, etc. that I didn't want/need. I will be buying all of my vehicles at Lee Buick GMC from now on.

Honestly 5 stars is about 5 stars too short. By the time I time i reached Jeff at Lee Buick i had been to 3 dealerships and each one continued to give me the same run-around. I was already pre-approved for a loan but all they wanted was to see how much more they could get from me. Jeff was AMAZING! He never offered me anything short of what I wanted and I felt as if it he was on my side even though he worked there. He asked if I was satisfied with my loan and if I cared if he tried to get me better financing. My wife and found an amazing truck and I was left with no questions. I've recommended family and friends and will be going back! Thanks Jeff and Lee Buick GMC!

Had a fantastic experience with Lee Buick today. Chase Boyd was a straightforward and extremely competent salesman. He worked around us having an angry toddler during the test drive, and put together a great deal via text and phone calls. The dealership handled the paperwork well also, and Scuva Steve was very pleasant to work with during the signing. Would highly recommend this dealership!

I have purchased quite a few cars in my 57 years and can honestly say my experience at Lee Buick was by far the best. It started with meeting Chase Boyd, not your typical "used car salesman". He was incredibly polite, professional and listened. There was no hard sales push. Chase asked questions, listened to what I was wanting and then took care to see that I left very happy with my purchase. The gentleman in the Finance Office, Scuba Steve walked me through the different extended warranty options without trying to push me into the highest priced warranty. He listened to what my needs were and made recommendations. I will be recommending Lee Buick and in particular Chase Boyd to all of my friends and family. This dealership sets the standard by which others should follow. Thank You to all of you at Lee Buick for making my purchase stress free!
