They have been servicing all my vehicles for over 33 years! I wouldn't trust anyone with my vehicle. They do all my new car oil change services too, I won't take my car to the dealer they do it all and it doesn't void your new car warranty! Honest, trustworthy , great employees you are in the hometown shop where you get treated as part of the family. They know you by name and are genuinely interested not just in your vehicle but you and your family and how they can make you more confortable and serve you more effectively. They will pick up your vehicle and deliver it back to you if it is not convenient for you to bring it in yourself . They go above and beyond. There are absolutely wonderful! Why haven't you made them your shop, you will never want service anywhere else. Give Gladin Automotive, Inc. your business, you will be glad that you did.

Very nasty customer service! I have been coming to Gladin Automotive for the past two years. I stopped going for awhile due to the lack customer service. I decided to come back, and give the shop another chance thinking maybe it was just a bad day.
The second time I came back I came for a oil change, i asked him a couple of questions however, I noticed Greg was bothered or annoyed.
I would think if people are spending hundreds, and hundreds of dollars to get there car fixed the owner would do everything in there power to be polite and friendly.
Your demeanor and customer service is everything! I will be going some were else from now on!
Continue to practice on customer service skills or you will continue to loose customers!

Greg, Connie, and their team offer excellent, informed, professional service, and do all they can to keep your costs down while keeping your vehicle safe. After some major engine work there my used Mustang ran better than the day I bought it. And they're nice folks!
