Extremely helpful and AWESOME customer service. Anyone who rates this place low is someone that can not be made happy! Just someone who complains about everything! (We all know someone like this) The store employees go way above and beyond anything you're going to get at a big store! See for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Always helpful, in and out fast, very clean and organized. I get all my keys cut here, they just purchased a new machine, young man with a beard helps me and my girlfriend frequently, contacts us within minutes. Same lady usually at check out, very friendly, chats me up the proper amount and is always courteous.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I have gone into Girard's Ace Hardware store about five times now, and every time I have received horrible customer service. This is unfortunate, because I love the Ace Hardware from my hometown. The lady at the register has a poor attitude and speaks in a very condescending way. The floor employees were just as disrespectful, mainly noticed it from one older man. When I asked the lady at the register if they offered a military discount, she said, "yes." So I showed her my ID, then she informed me that they only give a military discount if you have a "red, white, and blue" cardwhat the hell is that?? I will never give them my business again! Menards has way better customer service, and Lowes offers military discount with no issues.
