AFTER a poor initial service experience, I received a phone call from a Flynn's employee apologizing on behalf of their company. The call was well received, and was a good first step in reconciling any grievances I may have had. While I admit I was displeased in the time it took to complete my simple service requirements, the technicians appeared to be quite knowledgeable both in very specific areas, and in general ways related to the services they provide. Also the equipment in the facility is top notch. This tends to bode well for the reliability and safety of the end product: Your car. I will be purchasing tires from Flynn's in the near future. I expect the next encounter will be more to my liking.

Took almost 9 hours to put 4 tires one my truck. Eveytime I called they say it's almost done. The last time I called they said they were mounting the last tire, I told them I'm gonna head in to pick it up. Got there still had 2 tires off the truck and up in the air. I sure like being lied to all day. Ill never go there again.

I'm not sure there's a point to making an appointment when they make you wait over an hour and a half to even look at your vehicle. On top of that their costumer service was mediocre, prices were outrageous and I have oil all over the front of my vehicle. I'll never go back.

Associate was nice enough but Dover is not an efficient shop. It costs twice as much as places like Midas, Mr. Tire, Discount tire and is twice as slow for a basic oil change and tire rotation(which is not charged for at the competitors like Mr. Tire). I arrived just prior to my 3pm appointment and did not check out until 4:09. It appeared the garage was under staffed. The associate told me the shop always runs like that. I regret not going to the local Midas as they ran 21.99 oil change filter and rotation. I was over $47-yikes.

I called at 7.30am got appt for 1pm and all was done by 2 . I was not sure what the problem was but I had hit a pot hole on 21 in stonecreek, it was rather large. They did point out the problem and I was done in 1 hr they were very nice and all consider a price same as others in area. They were so nice in there.

Prices are a bit high, they ruined a custom ROM of mine after I specifically asked if they could remove a tire without damage to the rim

I took my car in for a tire balancing. The tire - which is less than a year old and well under the warranty mileage was deemed un-repairable and they refused to replace the tire though it was under warranty. Basically the only way to get my car back is to have them put a new tire on it. I said no thank you - I will take my car and business else where. It would have been much easier to have just balanced the tire. I will never do business with this company again and will tell everyone and anyone who will listen that they are strictly about selling tires and putting money in their pocket.
