Incredible classic car collection. We were lucky enough to attend the Cadillac show. If you appreciate classic automobiles and a rich history Gilmore is for you! My best birthday was spent here and I hope to return soon.

I enjoyed the visit very much. Be careful when you go. Large sections close down for the winter. We got in just in time. The people were very nice. A large focus sends to be on phaeton style cars with running boards. They have other stuff as well.

We absolutely enjoyed the experience here! The volunteers here are wonderful people (expecially Richard B. at the Ford Model A building)! The presentation of vehicles and information is truly wonderful! We were only able to spend one day here (it was our wedding anniversary) not enough time. My wife and I enjoyed it so much we plan on coming back soon!

My husband and I have been to the Gilmore a number of times for car shows. When we were dating and engaged, each time we went we said it would be a great place for a wedding. In September we had our wedding reception at the Gilmore. We received so many compliments from our guests on the unique venue. They loved the opportunity to explore the main gallery during our "cocktail hour" while the wedding party was finishing up photos outside. I think we got the museum a few new customers :) - wedding guests who said they need to come back and spend more time exploring. The staff were very responsive to our requests and questions while we were planning the wedding. Highly recommend!

What is more fun than going to a farm that is multiple museums of auto history (and a roadside diner there too!) All in one stop!
Fun to know all these rare autos, get close to them, be welcome to photograph and get plenty of exercise walking between building exhibits too?
There is also fun areas for the kids like the kiddie cars and the motorcycles.

Although not connected, a short walk is the miniatures museum so one can get some ideas on building models for model railroads as well.

This museum is more like a museum campus. There is a primary, large building with dozens and dozens of beautiful cars (the Cobra GT was my favorite). But there are another bunch of buildings scattered across this property that are meticulously jam-packed with history and cars. Museum staff were courteous and offered some really fascinating tidbits. We left our 3 year old and 1 year old at home, which was a good idea. It's definitely not their speed, but is perfect for anyone that loves history and/or cars.

Put on your walking shoes and bring your camera. Be prepared to see public and private collections beyond your wildest dreams. Love this place! The staff will direct you to the most important interests to you.A great tour for any occasion. Areas can be set up for private parties and luncheons too.

Great place, a real hidden gem in the woods. One of the best car museums I've ever attended. Most other car museums are just warehouses of cars. Here they try to surround each group of cars with the actual historical ambiance of the car's period. If you like old cars and some motorcycles, this must be on your bucket list. The grounds are manicured and lovely. We really enjoyed having lunch in the 50s style chrome metal cafe.

Great stop if you're nearby. 200 cars on display in the winter, with another 200+ added April first when the open the other buildings. Will definitely return.

Give yourself plenty of time, especially if you like to read the facts. We loved it. Only part of it is open in the winter. Wouldn't have gotten through all of it anyway. Looking forward to going back to see the rest. Impressive.
