We rented 2 jet skis here. The workers attitude was okay, but not the greatest. Prices were comparable to other rental spots.
The jet skis ran well and had no problem with them. The biggest down side was we had to ride for about 20 minutes at idle speed till we reached the area where you can run wide open. We tried to go a little faster and the water patrol came up to us and told us to keep the skis at idle.
I will look for a different place next time.response / report this review -

Worst experience of my life. Was told to show up at 8:30. Didn't even start until 9:30. Did not even look at my ID. Was very unorganized and was not even showed how to use a wave runner, once got out past the idle area the "tour guide" ignored us and left us all alone. We were taken on no tour and saw no dolphins whatsoever. We weren't even told to be back May a certain time or place. Tried to complain to the management and some worker by the name "Nillie" laughed at me on the phone saying management would call back and four to five hours later no call. I am extremely upset and would like the owners to get in contact with me. I did not pay this kind of money for this kind of service and be treated like this.

We had a 9:00 am reservation for a pontoon and a waverunner. We arrived at 8:30 am as we were instructed. We boarded the pontoon at exactly 9:00 am, but were THEN told that my wife needed to take a waverunner orientation with another group of people. It took 22 minutes while the rest of us sat in the pontoon.
The orientation should have happened during the 30 minute window between our arrival and reservation instead of burning our time and money.
Everything else went well. Friendly and helpful staff; pontoon and waverunner were clean and operated well.response / report this review -

Such wonderful people! My family and I went for our spring break and they were super fun and outgoing. They made us feel super comfortable and safe. They really took care of us. We had no problems and we all had a spectacular time!

Went parasailing with my girlfriend and we had a BLAST! The staff was friendly and very instructive! After every one got done parasailing we went to a lil dolphin sweet spot and got some pictures of them. So we got even more bang for our buck! Would definitely do it all over again!

We, my youngest and her friend and I, had a great time, though I got a little scared, it didn't matter - the mate and captain were wonderful too, Ty and Cpt. Justin, we greatly appreciated their guidance and great handling - PS they take great pictures too!

Very rude. We were asked if we wanted rescheduled to accommodate everyone on same trip because we had two different flight times. Come to find out they charged my card for 3 extra parasailing flights for rescheduling. Very deceitful & sneaky, don't use them!

Took my family of 5 parasailing. Kevin really helped make our trip a great memory. He was fun and really engaged with our kids and made the trip a great memory for us that we'll always cherish.

Been coming here for years renting jet skis. . Had trouble 1 year that was my fault but they were extremely accommodating. This year we did their Para sailing. . As usual the staff was extremely friendly. . I would highly recommend making reservations but never had a bad experience with anybody there ever
