  Came 2 years ago to visit and never left. Best family park and community we found in 5 years of travel.

  It is a reasonably priced rv park with mostly winter visitors. It has basic amenities, pool, clubhouse etc. Not many activities and the included tv is poor.

  Great little RV park on the east edge of the Fortuna Foothills, very reasonable rates, swimming pool, hot tub, shuffle board courts, several dances a month during the winter season, bingo weekly, and you will be greeted in the office by the owner, she's very welcoming. A great place to spend the winter season in the sunniest city in the US.
