  Jimmy Turner was our representative an awesome man very thorough and very polite. We got a brand new rig with all the bells and whistles at a price I couldn't believe. It made for a very nice 3-day vacation with no hassles and no worrying about anything just to have fun. I will recommend it to all my friends. I turned it in with all the tanks full and not one surprise no hidden charges just an all-around great experience.

  I had a lot of work done on my RV. The staff of Giant Recreation World was attentive, professional and first rate. One of the items I asked for was to change an air filter. While they had the opportunity to replace it and charge me for a new filter, they told me it didn't need to be changed. Mike K., in service was excellent. When I picked up the coach he spent a good deal of time going over everything that was done with me. Honest people, top notch customer service and a great staff. Definitely strongly recommend them.

  Well, today was GOING to be the day; unfortunately for all of us, nobody greeted us as we walked in, and nobody came to help us in the showroom. FInally after walking around for a while (we pretty much already knew which one we wanted - would have been an easy sale for you), we were annoyed enough to leave. Upon reaching the door, the TWO sales guys at the desk were finally kind enough to acknowledge us by looking up from their cell phones long enough to WISH US A NICE DAY!!! YOU GUYS LOST A BIG SALE TODAY. WELL DONE.

  We went on a Sunday around 130 we were not greeted and were not told we needed to register. We tried finding a salesperson and then was told we had to register. The older woman at front desk was rather rude to us ignoring us and went to other people greeting them as I was standing right in front of her. She then asked what I wanted in a bit of an in friendly manner. We waited and waited for a salesperson. We finally went to front again only to find new people entering and getting a salesperson upon arriving. I guess telling this place you are interested in a used camper will not even get you a salesperson. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Incredible place. They actually let you just look around. No salesman pressure at all. We spent one hour here and were never bothered. They ask you when you walk in if youd like help, and thats it. If you say yes than its all the courtesy you want. But what breath of fresh air to have the real option to just look.

  When we went in, we were greeted warmly. That was as good as it got. We explained to the salesman (Skip, I think) that we were looking for something that had a towing capacity of at least 8k. He took us on a golf cart out to the back of the lot explaining where the different sections of RV types were, and then just dropped us off to look at all of them saying to call him if we had any questions. We were left to start looking at each RV to check the towing capacity (BTW none of the new gas motor RV's they carry have anything close to 8k, perhaps he could have looked this up prior to dumping us out in the RV lot). Many of the RV's we went in had no option/price sheet, and we weren't calling him, so we could wait for him to meander out to answer our questions. Stopping there was a total waste of time. We did purchase a very nice RV from someplace else that same day.

  After driving all over south Florida looking for a used class A RV we found Giant Recreation World. From the moment we walked in we knew this would be a different experience. The staff was very warm and welcoming and you did not feel the sales pressure that you usually feel when shopping for anything sold by a sales team.
  
  Our salesman, Scott McNamara, was very helpful and understood our frustration with experiences so far, elsewhere. He showed us the RV we were interested in and then stayed hours past his normal time to go home and be with his family to help us in the buying process. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were completely comfortable with our purchase.
  
  After the paperwork was complete the delivery coordinator (Jimmy Turner) explained all the systems of the RV to us and was a true pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.
  
  If you are looking for a new or used RV go to Giant Recreation World in Palm Bay and have a great experience.
