Repeated trips and $$$ spent with the service dept and still the problem hasn't been resolved. The rear air suspension had/has a leak so the it was recommended that it be replaced. Did that and it still has the same problems as before. The rear end loses air and rides rough. The last time in they said they didn't see a problem so it's live with it or try another dealer despite the $$$ already spent here. Extremely frustrating.

Service is always timely. Complimentary car wash. Elisa was helpful and professional. I come from New Smyrna Beach for service and purchases but would like a place closer.

    Thanks

Had my first 12-month service done. Service person greeted me on arrival, took the car and I headed to the lounge. Very comfortable there with coffee and snacks available. Service was completed, my car was brought to the entrance and the attentant handed me the keys in the lounge. All interactions were very pleasant.

Spend 3hrs sign all document ready to paid 35k in cash for Lexus RX 350 dealer certified. Back bumper is lose both side at the bottom missing fastener screws, back bumper lining up with the back fender, the Navigation is not updated. The dealer agreed to fix all this. Then Lexus told me can not updated the Navigation no disk available, can not fix the bumper because no screws available, tell me have to com back when the parts available no definite date available. This is unexceptable for Lexus Certified auto, all I get is we call you when it come in. I get up and said thank you but no deal. As I walk out ready to get in my car, my sale man and another guy come out never see this man before and start to yelling at me and tell me I am wasting 3hrs of his time. This guy must have a brain tumor in his brain, how can I wasting his time when we never met? For the Lexus corporation and owners. You need to train and certified your people be more courteous to the customers. The Customers walking your door they either they buy it now or later. How can you disrespect the customers and tell them they wasting your time. Not along I am signing all the document and ready to pay you $35,000 in cash and you tell me I am wasting your time? I did record a brain tumor guy go off on me, I will post it on you tube. I give it one star because the sale man was very nice. The brain tumor guy is not the sale man want to get that clear. Definitely will not go to Lexus of Melbourne any time in the future. I hope all the people dealing with this Lexus dealer don’t have my experience.

This was hands down the easiest car buying experience! From start to finish there was no pressure and the staff was very friendly! Unparralled professionalism coupled with expertise made the transition into a luxury vehicle very smooth. Thank you to the owner TR Page and our Sales Associate Bob! Your dealership is beautiful and we will definately be back in for our next vehicle!

Great purchasing experience!!!!! I highly recommend working with Nicole Devos. The knowledge and experience Nicole portrayed is one that can not be matched in the industry.. I have not had the pleasure of working with the service department yet, but I hope it is of the same caliber as the sales team. Thank you again Nicole!!!!!!

Lexus of Melbourne has great customer service! I brought my car in last week to get the screen replaced and worked with Clint D in service. I had a great hassle free experience and Clint went above and beyond my expectations!

I agree with other posts on service. I went in for my first 5K service in Viera, FL. I got an appointment for 4PM. I was there at 3:25PM. The service manager said no problem we will get you in queue and there won't be an additional wait time. I ended up waiting 2 hours and they gave me back my new RX350 with only 5200 miles dirty. They didn't even have the decently to clean up their mess after doing only a rotate on tires. It sucks that this is the closest dealer to me while the car is under manufacture warranty. I really hated the experience! Plus if they trash the car I detail each month.I am just not going to come. Now to write a letter to the corporate office.

Update 5/12/2017: Negative Stars and LIARS
So I contacted the email below and directly to TR Page. Again he never called me or returned my email. I got a call from the service manager who I talked to previously anyways. Lexus corporate office does not back their name up with independent delearships. So don't expect anything to occur with a corporate Lexus compliant. This was my second experience on 5/10/2017. The service manager and the service advisor both lied to me. I had a blow out on my 2016 RX 350 which only had 6K miles total on the car. The service manager said they have no loaners. I saw 6 outside marked with Lexus of Melbourne. If he didn't want to give one, that is fine, but don't lie and say you don't have them. He claimed they were reserved, but when you see at least 3 of them parked in the same spot the following day. That is a LIE! As for the service advisor. He said "I have the tire in stock and it is $240 + tax," since I didn't buy road hazard for $915 when I bought the suv. Really pathetic that you spend $60K on a car and they don't cover road hazard, just imagine. Back to the service advisor, I called around 8:30AM the next day 5/11/2017 and didn't get a call back till 9:30AM from him stating "the tire is on a truck coming here. Your vehicle will be done towards the end of the day." What happen to the tire being at the delearship?! Again another liar.

They will have one more shot on my 10K service. If they fail again, I'm doing the drive to Orlando or JM in Ft. Lauderdale to aviod LIARS!

Mr GM have some guts to talk or respond to customers! I don't have time for voicmails and emails that are never answered.

I am not sure where to start. However, will try. I purchased a 2015 Lexus IS 250 at JW Lexus in Fort Lauderdale; one of the largest in the country. I was visiting my parents this past weekend and figured I would knock out a 25,000 mile service check-up at the same time, in Viera Florida.

I called ahead of time and set up an appointment, everything seemed to add up to this point. When dropping off the car: "Yes, we will rotate the tires, top of the fluids, figure out why the low tire light is one and take the service light OFF. It will be done in a few hours. I will call you when it is done." I was going to leave it overnight as it would be easy to pick up the next day, and to just give ample time. Here is where everything fell apart for Lexus of Melbourne.

I never received a call that the car was done or at all, and when I went to pick it up the next day I had to wait to have it sent through the wash as if they couldn't do that the previous 26 hours. After 45 minutes of waiting, I get in the car to only realize that the maintenance light AND the tire light was still on; I cant figure out how that even makes sense. I was still very much confident that the fluids would've been topped off or something, but no, nothing was done at all.

I had to take it back and tell them to at least get the service light off, because of the annoyance of it on the dash. A full two hours later I was driving away with nothing done to the car. Its nice to visit my parents and spend time with family when I come from South Florida, but would not like for it to be spent at a dealership.

I received an email less than 24 hours later from Lexus of Melbourne with a contact of a gentlemen who doesn't even work there anymore as the follow-up on the service. I managed to find out that a Mike Hoye is the Service Manager. I called him three times today (4.17) with no response.

What this dealer does not understand is that service goes beyond buying the vehicle and should be an overall experience. I actually want to say thank you, as a Lexus will not be my next vehicle based on the service. If anybody asks at JM, I will refer them to this e-mail.

If anybody would like to refute this claim please call or e-mail anytime you wish, as busy as I am, I will find a way to return your call. You have my contact information in your system.

    Regards,

    Brent McAuliffe

The worst lexus dealer in my experience. Glad I didn't buy my Lexus from here. When I brought my F sport in for 5k service I realized their service department is just as bad if not worse. It's a shame I have to take my car more than 100 miles to get serviced but it's worth avoiding this place.

Horrible experience. Test drove Avalon that we specifically called on to make sure it was available. Made an appointment with Nicole and showed up before they opened. Took a test drive and we decided to buy the car. Sat down to work the deal and Nicole came back and told us it was already sold. We drove from Sebastian and wasted time and money. We made sure the car was available and they sold it out from under us. Then they asked if we wanted to look at something else. Bait and switch? Lexus of Melbourne has lost a customer for life and I will tell all my friends about the unethical way we were treated. Horrible way to treat anyone!
