Once your set up with a sales associate you are taken thru all your options to own or lease and are totally informed on all aspects of the car or truck your looking to buy or lease ! The associates help with colors options that are useful for your needs and budget as well locating or ordering your new BMW or pre owned as well as a nice selection of used cars with low miles ! Once you decide to purchase your associate walks you thru your purchase as well as delivery day when you recieve your new auto. Then you are set up with a specialist that goes thur the whole car and shows you how to set up all features for your personal customization as well as introduce you to the service team. They help you with licence plates and specific accessories for your auto as well suppumental insurance for service, wheels, tires, total loss protection! It really is a one stop spot for all your BMW needs they even wash your car for you by hand free of charge ! According to the excellency of service provided by Justin I would have given 10 stars if I could. Cordiality, total focus on customer satisfaction, knowledge in the product I’m interested - the electric i3. And he knew from the begging I was not going to buy the vehicle, because I live abroad. I wish every salespeople could follow his way of attending customer. Congratulations!!

WARNING!!! - GREGORY BELL - STAY AWAY!!! This man is a lying cheat. He tried his best to take advantage of my elderly mother. He withheld the fact that the vehicle he was trying to sell my mother was a loaner vehicle. He did not once mention this vehicle was used. My mom asked him point blank how many miles are on the vehicle and he said 10. Come to find out there was 3,500 miles on the vehicle. The kid who was showing my mom how to program the vehicle as the paperwork was being drawn up was the one who disclosed this information. Mind you this is after we were there for 4 hours! So, if this kid did not tell her it was used we literally would not have known until after making the purchase. I also purchased a vehicle reluctantly. He was arrogant the entire time. I urge anyone visiting this dealership DO NOT do business with this this person. You will regret it.

We went to BMW of Naples this month after almost one week trying to find a car that both my wife I like and we end getting a 540i from the seller Rob Becker who I'm sure got a really good commission due to the down payment we put ..He was the sales person who attended us the day before we got the car so he was the person supposed to be at the closing contract !he never show up and he didn't called to know if everything was OK at the closing or how we feel with the new car or even says ,hey thanks for doing business with us!I (nothing ) and the persons who did the leasing contract where like the world was going to end just because we get there when they where almost closing 7:00 pm and they just want apparently to go home .It was really unprofessional

Upon walking into the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and eventually a loaner to test out. That loaner is now my new 430i convertible. Raquel was very welcoming and helped me get situated with both Jeremy in service and Natasha in sales. Chris made sure I was taken care of. Being new to Naples, it was nice to be treated like family from the moment I walked in till we drove away after our tutorial with Anthony.

Starting in the fall of 2015, I pinged several dealers to get an allocation for a brand new BMW M2 from several states. I tried my hand with dealers in my hometown of Atlanta, current state of Virginia, and finally settled with Rob Becker and his team at Germain BMW of Naples, FL. I had initially contacted him back in the summer of 2016 but he did not have allocations for me then. I went ahead with BMW of Alexandria waiting on an allocation for close to a year but was constantly fed empty promises and persistent setbacks. I was about to give up on a 2017 model allocation when Rob called me this past summer asking if I was still in the market for one, and that they had just received an allocation. From then on, Rob has been as reliable and competent as professionals come, responding to my very needs via email/phone/FedEx. As an out-of-state buyer, I could not have asked for a more smooth car-buying experience. Dedicated, responsive, and thorough, Rob is an excellent salesperson who also seamlessly scheduled a PCD delivery for me and my dad. One of the best driving experiences I've had, I owe it to Rob for getting me through all the hassle of paperwork before that day. I recommend anyone in the market for a custom-order BMW to go through Rob Becker at Germain BMW of Naples, FL. He will not disappoint!

My family (The McDonald's) have through the years purchased 8 new BMW's from Germain Naples. I have always been satisfied with the purchases and service. Anyone who drives to the other coast or North to purchase a BMW is wasting their time. The Naples area is very lucky to have such a distinguished BMW Dealership. My favorite salesman Rick Camp has retired recently so I hope my next salesman will be as qualified as Rick was. And Bill Emerson who has been taking care of all my cars for over 20 years is always friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Germain!

Thus far my experience with Germain BMW of Naples has been a very positive one. I had previously owned two other BMWs (purchased in Orlando and Winter Park) and loved both cars. When I relocated to Naples last year, I began looking for another car, thinking perhaps I might want to try an Audi or Mercedes Benz this time around. Hands down, the customer service coupled with the fact BMW seems to always make the entire transaction as efficient as possible (no need to be at the dealership for literally hours on end) convinced me that another 5-Series was the way to go.
My salesperson, Peter Martin, was fantastic. And, when Peter was helping other customers, his colleague, Daron, stepped up to the plate. I had been car shopping for over two months, somewhat hesitant to make a deal with other dealerships due to what clearly was a lack of integrity during the financing process. Heather Smith, the Finance Manager, was not only professional but also friendly and willing to go that extra mile. An all-around great experience that will ensure customer loyalty.
The only uncompleted element of this transaction is I'm still waiting on my cash-back check for my trade. Hopefully they will not disappoint but for now I'm confident they'll successfully and effectively complete this process as well.response / report this review -

We live here in Naples and have purchased cars through out the country and out of all purchases Naples BMW has been the best in Service. Their prices are not always the best out there but they do know how to take care of customers properly. Always have a great selection in stock to choose from. Very Happy.

Horrible customer service! Worst Experience Ever!!! Kevin gave trade value of my vehicle, then decided he offered too much. Made me feel like because of his mistake they did not want my business. Salesman Marc was unhelpful and just did not care.
